I LOVED using my Daysy when I went off birth control. It helped my husband and me make decisions about our family without having to take a pill. When we decided to wait, Daysy was there. When we decided to try, she was helped us there too.
When we lost our baby 8 weeks later I couldn't wait to get back to Daysy. It knew it would make me feel more normal. I have been struggling to get it to work, however, because it is still stuck on "pregnant". I took a chance and reached out to customer service, not expecting much, and was blown away by the personal emails I received. The customer service is unbelievable.
Daysy is worth every penny. I'm a customer for life and recommend it to every woman.

To start. I loveee my daysy. I've been using it for about 3 years now. I recently had a bit of an issue with my device. This issue wasn't due to anything on the product's end itself but user. I reached out to find out how I go upon repairing or what my next step should be. They helped me every step of the way. They gave me a replacement daysy with a complimentary upgrade (which was unexpected and such a treat). The turn around was quick, painless.

If I could give more stars I would. I rave about this device and the service the company provides! My daysy broke and after sending it in, they upgraded me to the daysy 2.0 at no additional cost and shipped my new device all within the same day. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better customer experience...I wish everything were this easy!

I have been emailing with Daysy support regarding my device that has not been syncing for quite some time now with photos and videos and they said they are replacing my old daysy with a new one as it is under warranty! I have had nothing but amazing customer service with any questions or concerns from this company since 2015 when I bought my Daysy. I still have been taking my temperature everyday for MONTHS without being able to sync to the app because I did not want to give up on her haha, and now a new replacement? Completely unexpected and I am truly thankful! yay for warranties and the Daysy Team! 100% recommend Daysy for a hormone free, safe way to track your cycles. <3

Daysy customer support is second to none! I noticed that my Daysy looked as though it was separating at the seams so I sent an email with photos to Daysy customer support. They got back to me promptly asking a few questions and for a couple more photos. The result was that they asked for me to send in my Daysy and gave me clear parameters of what they would do and the potential outcomes of sending my Daysy in. Within a day of receiving my Daysy they diagnosed the issue and informed me that they would be transferring all of my data to a new device and sending the new device back to me with instructions on how to sync my new Daysy.
I am so grateful for such efficient customer service and highly recommend Daysy to any and all women out their who want to take charge of their fertility.

Daysy's customer service team is top notch! I needed to send my device in for evaluation and it was determined to be covered under warranty. The entire process their team was quick and speedy to communicate details and updates. I mailed my device on a Monday and received my new device on Saturday! Minimal downtime and missed temps! They also give helpful tips/reminders prior to sending in the device to help ensure data is transferred. Highly recommend Daysy and this team. I was having issues with my Daysy 1.0 and reached out. Within one day of me sending it back, they had diagnosed the issue and informed me they were sending me a Daysy 2.0. I received it two days later and I love it, great customer service!

My daysy has been absolutely amazing. I am now able to predict when I’m ovulating and when my period is coming because it has taught me how to read my body. I was devastated when my cat knocked my Daysy off the table and it broke but I emailed customer service and not only did they respond quickly and answer all my questions but sent me the newest model of Daysy for no charge. I’m grateful to have found such an amazing company.

4 years with Daysy, and I have no regrets! I have lived hormone-free, stress-free, and birth control pill-free these last 4 years all thanks to Daysy. I haven't had a single pregnancy scare, it tells me the exact day I start my period and ovulate, and has helped me know my body in ways I didn't know were possible. I look forward to trying to conceive when we're ready because I know Daysy will make fertility planning a breeze.
I have only had to send my Daysy in twice for repairs, and both times, the Daysy team were incredibly punctual and helpful in their responses. They honored my warranty and I only had to pay for the shipping to their facility. I know I'll have my Daysy for as long as I can!

This app is horrible. Yes the tracking feature is cool when I can get my Daysy to SYNC! Which is impossible 95% of the time. Yes the blue tooth is on, yes I have reread the instructions 80 times, yes the notifications is on, yes I let the Daysy fall asleep then try to resume syncing. It takes me having to log out of the app entirely and sometimes uninstall then reinstall just to get a reading. And that sync button in the upper right hand corner is completely useless. It does nothing. No one wants to do that in the morning every day because it won’t automatically sync or even manually sync for that matter.
