Daysy's customer service is amazing! I have had a couple of issues with the older version malfunctioning and they were excellent in their response times and their solutions. Highly recommend!

I have wonderful things to say about Daysy! Their customer service is great, they are attentive and quick to reply! When my Daysy broke they were very quick to help me out and get it all taken care of. They also kept in contact with me every step of the way! I’m also thankful for this device that has helped me to learn my body and how it works (which is lovely to know as a woman) and for this company being so helpful and kind. I tell everyone about Daysy! Highly recommend this non-hormonal form of birth control/ family planning.

I highly recommend Daysy! It was well worth the money, and I even spent it again to order the 2.0! I am confident in my FAM skills as I used an $8 Target thermometer when deciding if I wanted to truly purchase the Daysy, but having the extra comfort of a light has been such a nice addition, and having a support team of both the company and other users is definitely a huge plus. My partner and I always go fully unprotected on my green days and haven't had a pregnancy scare in over a year (the entire time I use Daysy). However, considering I spent over $500, I wish I would have just bought a ladycomp to begin with.

I have been beyond disappointed with the Daysy I purchased. I waited very long to get the new version (their website said the wait would be much less than it actually was which screwed up our family planning with our doctor that we started based on the websites indicated ship date). It takes at least two tries to take my temperature every morning and each try takes over two minutes. It very rarely actually syncs with the app.
I've contacted support several times and they've been rude every time. I am not the only one having issues but they still make it feel like it's my fault.
Definitely not worth what they charge for it! I was going to return it but decided to give it a chance. Big mistake.
I also take thyroid medication which apparently screws up the readings but isn't mentioned anywhere in the information so a doubly worthless version expensive device.

Before buying Daysy I did not know that it is not recommended when you are under treatment for you Thyroid :(
Now, I’m using Daysy but I’m afraid about the accuracy of the predictions.

My Daysy broke down twice in the last two years, and both times the service was absolutely great. . They were so helpful and they got back to my email within one day, and sent me a replacement daysy all within a span of one week!

After around 10 months of consistent use my Daysy 1.0 randomly stopped taking my temperature. I emailed customer service and I cannot say enough great things about how helpful they were. They stayed in constant communication with me and had a replacement in the mail to me 3 days after receiving my broken one. They let me know when they received my device, when someone was reviewing it and when my new one was mailed. Overall an excellent experience.

It's really cool to be able to know more about what is going on with your body and I love the concept. However I am on my second daysy now... The first one snapped in half way and now this second one has a hairline crack going from where you plug in the daysy.... just from plugging and unplugging it. I take very good care of my things and have never broken a phone so this is quite shocking. Hopefully the hairline crack doesn't continue to get worse. Maybe I should super glue it... I don't know but for a device this expensive it should be built better at this point I feel like they just fall apart

I love my Daysy 2.0 itself, but the app and syncing process is horrible for the cost. I emailed customer service about my Daysy 2.0 needing to sync 2-3 times (also waiting 60 seconds between each try) in order for it to load the data into the App. The response I got back was just a copy and pasted email that says how to sync the Daysy to the app. I already know how to sync the Daysy, and the instructions are in the manual and online. I wanted answers from customer service as to why my Daysy 2.0 isn’t syncing on the first try. I spend 3-4 minutes every morning trying to be able to view my temperature for the day. I also chart my cycle in Kindara so it’s important for me to have the temperature. I thought it was just my device but after reading a previous review on here, it seems that I am not the only one. I’m seriously considering returning for a lady-comp. the return policy is also ridiculous as I won’t even be able to chart a whole cycle before my return-window ends. I am happy though with the consistency of my temperatures with Daysy. I don’t have a regular sleep routine so this has been great. I think the temp consistency is worth having the thermometer in my mouth for longer than other thermometers I’ve tried. People don’t seem to consider that this is a temp-only FAM method. Temperatures need to be as accurate as possible, which is probably why it takes a little longer. I also like how the beep isn’t too loud.

Daysy has stayed in contact through email and the syncing issue has been resolved. I made sure to send customer service step-by-step everything I do to sync my Daysy in the morning. Once they could see I was following all of the correct steps to sync, they came up with a solution to fix it. Daysy now works perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with it! I’m really glad I waited for the 2.0 version! The new app interface is also I lot better than their old, and after the syncing issue I’ve had no problems with the app. I also recommend buying an OCASE for the device to protect it when traveling.

I personally really don't enjoy using this product. AND THE RETURN POLICY IS TERRIBLE.
What I don't like:
1. Amount of time it takes to take temp. About 2 minutes for my device. (so long!!!!)
2. You have to sync the device to see your temp. for that day. There is no screen on the device displaying the temp.
3. Syncing the device is terrible. Takes about 2-3x of letting Daysy sync and turn all the way off for my temp to show up.
Then theres the return policy....not nearly enough time for how much this thing costs to figure out if it fits my needs and lifestyle. Barely enough time track 1 full cycle.

I have been using the Daysy religiously for years and it has helped me feel more comfortable in my body and in my relationship. Over the past several years only one issue arose with the device itself and the Daysy team were so good about advising me about what to do, repairing the device quickly, and getting it back to me with all the content still on it. I'm extremely happy with the product and company and recommend it to girlfriends all the time.

I'm only two months in so far. I haven't been as consistent with it in the begging as know I should but it now knows my body and is really easy to do add into your morning routine once you remember to be consistent with it. Just by using it and seeing the data on the app I've learned more about my body and cycle that i wouldn't have been able to otherwise and has made me more intone with my body. The app took about a week for me to learn and navigate but it is really easy once you get the hang of it! Wouldn't recommend!

Going off the pill and choosing Daysy was one of the best things I could have done for my body. I had been putting hormones in my body since I was 16 which led to mood swings, depression and weight gain. I also had two disastrous and painful experiences with IUDs. Never again! Wish someone had told me there was another way. At 29 I finally stumbled across this product and will never go back to any other birth control. I highly recommend it. Also their customer service is amazing !
