No stars, they are a complete scam, no ethics or character...avoid at all costs, I will use every avenue available to make sure no one uses them, Anna Martin is the name used, she is the worst, Henry the manager was too, took me for 200 dollars, tried to get an additional 250, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, pay the extra and find a reputable company to ship your car

They quoted me a price to ship my truck. On the day they were supposed to pick it up,after numerous phone calls to them, they finally called me back and said they needed more to move it. Price more than doubled!!!!!
They also said it would take 2 days to ship, it took almost a week. Nothing but scam outfit!!!!! Stay as far away fromthese people as you can.

Dealing with these people was horrible. They changed the price last minute. Do not honor their quotes horrible communication. They are just a dispatch company. I highly recommend you seek alternative transportation

I haven't ever done this but with sleepless nights people need to know to avoid this auto transport. It began with a drive from Colorado Springs to San Marcos CA from 5/23 to 5/24. Contact person was William and I had already paid $200 for port and finaly price of $1295 upon delivery in Honolulu. On 5/25, drove vehicle to Port of Long Beach 415 W Ocean Blvd and into a parking structure leaving the keys in trunk of vehicle unlock. I was expecting to drove off at port. Next day William said price has gone up a $1000 for driver to pick up. Explained I wanted port to port so it's cheaper and that's why family and I drove from Colorado. I was lied to and luckily I had a back up with Hawaii Car Transport who won't charge me the full amount until vehicle is in my possession in Honolulu. Anyone else who has experience this can relate. Company is not in BBB otherwise complaint would have been done too. In the end, AVOID this LYING AUTO TRANSPORT. Choose one that will not charge you initially but when you get your vehicle wherever you shipped it to.

$300. deposit and a balance would be due on arrival of 1400. Then this morning they called and said money due on my vehicle and 15ft cargo trailer would be $3800. I told them to go pound sand!

For a period of two months I received a proposal to have a car shipped from CA to DE for the "all inclusive" price of $775.00. However, when it came time to ship the car, the folks at USA CarShip told me that it would be $1,200.00 to have my car shipped. I told them that this equated to "bait and switch". Over the phone they told me I would get the $200 down payment back. However, I am still fighting them to get the money back.

Worst experience with David Mayer and his manger James, lied about quote to final price, gave non-existing William auto transport company & phone # and email. DO NOT TRUST this company and save your stress for later.
7/8/2025: James called me after seeing my review and threatened me to face punishing consequances.

It was great working with Finn Smith he made everything much easier very professional and excellent customer service.

Had a great experience with this company! They were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommended!

BEWARE- THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE $700. NOW THEY CALL BACK AND SAID $1300. I PAID THEM A $100 DEPOSIT. THEY HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE. PROMISING TO DELIVER THE CAR EVERYDAY AND THEN CALL ME WITH THIS POP UP OF A $600 DIFFERENCE. DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL

Total RIP off and dishonest business dealing with them.

Got a text for an all inclusive price. Broker sent an email contract for a $100 dollar deposit and I paid it. When it was time to schedule a pick up , they transferred me to dispatch that quoted me 2 times more than the quoted " all inclusive price " that was text to me. I DO NOT recommend this company. All the guy said during our call was, " Did you not read the contract ? " They will turn it on you and make it seem like it was your fault.
