I received a price to haul my 2024 Tesla from Minnesota to Arizona. USA Carship was consistent with the lower price. Harris Jason from USA Carship called me after the price was given on September 6th to sign a contract. I told him that I would wait to sign a contract closer to the October 18th requested pickup date. Then the misrepresentations began. Misrepresentation #1 was that USA Carship could guarantee both the price and delivery, because it had its own drivers and trucks. (That is not true), #2 was a guarantee that the price and pickup date would not change. Before I signed the contract on the low price, I told Harris that I want that put in writing. He emailed me a USA Carship guarantee at 8:43 on September 6th. (Turned out not to be true), #3 he told me that the reason the price changed is because the driver switched to winter rates. (Turned out the trucking company did not have winter rates - it was a lie). I recorded the telephone conversations and have the guaranteed contract for $560. The price demanded on the day of shipment was $1,050. I have an attorney looking into where a small-claim court action can be taken against Carship. Once that is complete, I will give the transcribed audios and copy of contract to the court and even appear in court. I suspect that I will receive a judgement, and then I will try to process the judgement using a processing agent that has had excellent results in the past. Honesty and integrity build a business, deceit and misrepresentations will ruin one. It was obvious that Harris would say anything to get the contract signed and then at the last moment change the price when there was no time to find someone else. And their contract states that I could not "talk" to another broker after the contract was signed.

YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I DIDNT AND I ENDED UP PAYING MORE THAN DOUBLE THE QUOTED PRICE, THEY STARTED WITH A VERY LOW PRICE(700) TO SHIP A CAR FROM ****** TO ******, RIGHT AFTER I PAID THE DEPOSIT "ZACK HECTOR" CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE BEST THEY CAN DO IS 1900, HE SAID THE DRIVER THAT QUOTED THEM 700 WAS NO LONGER FREE TO DO MY TRANSPORT, AFTER ARGUING FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES HE "GAVE ME A DISCOUNT" MY "NEW" QUOTE WAS 1500, I TOLD THEM I HAD A BETTER QUOTE THIS ZACK GUY TOLD ME I HAD A CONTRACT WITH THEM AND THEY HAD MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND WERE GOING TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT AND CHARGE ME A "CANCELLATION FEE" YOU ARE WARNED !!!!

I would give them a zero if I was able to on the site. They do the bait and switch give you a low price then they come back with higher price is very poor scheduling is very poor lie when I was talking with one person and they called me 815 and said I would not pay a penny anymore when I got somebody else they told me he was fired but then I got an email the day before and also when I tried calling what time they were gonna transfer me to the same gentleman so that was a lie we had an invoice sent it to me but then the driver had a different invoice so I ended up having to pay more than what was agreed upon. Tried calling them and emailed them and received. No response. Stay away from this business.

My representative/sales consultant Mr. Scott Robinson was amazing to work with. I have now used USA Carship on two occasions, and both times have been smooth and efficient. The process was easy and professional. I will reach out to Scott robinson in the future for all car shipping needs. The guy is really solid, kind, and diligent.

I was initially quoted $899 to transport my car from Los Angeles to Miami, and James, the representative (broker), assured me that everything was set at that rate. However, on the day of service, the price was suddenly inflated to $1,899 – a shocking $1,000 increase! When I refused to accept this outrageous last-minute change, James continually harassed me, insisting on offering a discount, despite my clear objections. It got to the point where I had to be firm and rude to get him to stop calling me.

I also requested a refund for my deposit since the deal clearly did not go through as agreed. So far, I’ve yet to see any sign of my refund. If they ignore my request, I will file a dispute with my bank, armed with all the receipts and evidence of their dodgy behavior.

This company uses deceitful bait-and-switch tactics and engages in harassment when things don’t go their way. They tried to guilt-trick me into believing that they paid so much for these "ads" to get a driver when he originally told me that they have their own. Just lies, on top of lies. Avoid them at all costs!

They were on time, and budget as agreed. I would get their services again.
