WARNING: Fastest way to destroy your company's reputation

Packages are delayed MANY weeks before being shipped and most are NEVER DELIVERED. FAKE, ILLEGAL POSTAGE is used causing fines for your business. I have so many orders still not delivered AFTER 3 MONTHS and my "salesperson" Nita ghosts me to avoid refunding the money paid to them. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE team that accepts responsibility or takes any action- not Nita, Ricky, Beatrice or others. I'm hearing from so many other business owners who are experiencing the same negligent, destructive service from this company. You will LOSE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR REPUTATION if you trust them to ship your products.

Failed to deliver hundreds of orders…

Failed to deliver hundreds of orders that I paid them to ship. Many were "shipped" with fake, illegal postage. I have lost so much money. They blame the freight forwarder and take no responsibility. I have begged Rick, Beatrice and other customer service agents for help. They only tell me that it is my "salesperson" who must help me resolve the orders. Nita, my salesperson stays silent and does not respond. No one will help. I have been trying for months to get my money back that I paid this company - no one helps and my orders are still not delivered for over 2 months, tracking stopped and all orders are lost. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY.
UPDATE: Still NO resolution for any of my orders - only a request to remove my honest review. No concern for the UNBELIEVABLE destruction they have caused with their neglect and illegal practices.

thought upgrading our infrastructure would be a massive headache, but they took care of everything without disrupting our operations. I’m still amazed at how easy they made it look.
