Teodora helped us through every step of design, order and shipment. She sent a sample which arrived the very next day. Very professional customer service.
The order arrived ahead of schedule and looked even better than the design mock-up.

Great service
My experience with USBcompany.co.uk has been great. Very prompt and professional communication with my representative. Teodora went above and beyond to make sure my detailed needs were met, never making it seem like a bother. The finished product is exactly what I was looking for. The only suggestion I have is to allow for more flexible pricing for those needing smaller amounts of many sizes of USBs.

Ivo was professional from start to finish, he was friendly and lovely to work with. I felt like a valued customer and i was kept informed the whole time including seeing the USB and letting me decide how it looks before they continue. I recently ordered from USB Company a bespoke made USB stick for our new catalogue/price list release.
From the first contact with Ivo, to the delivery of the USB's, was first class.
