Very happy with our branded eco USB sticks, that are both better for the planet and cheaper than paper press packs! Stellar service from Teodora, and the order arrived way earlier than predicted.

It was very easy dealing with USB Company. They were friendly and efficient and when there were obstacles they offered relevant alternatives to ensure that we got the USBs in time.

I contacted USBCompany to see if they were able to provide me with a Powerbank to a specific specification that wasn't shown on their website. I dealt with Ivo who very quickly came back with a very competitively priced solution that met our needs.

Through the design stage he was quick to come back with designs and make the alterations that we requested. When it came to delivery, they arrived much quicker than I expected and we were informed at every stage of the operation.

We have experienced an exceptional service with usbcompany for 300 bespoke USB sticks we required for an exhibition. Although initially usbcompany were not familiar with the machine that we were requesting for them to manufacture, they were receptive to ideas and with the submission of a few example photos of a tunnel boring machine, to steer them in the right direction, they have provided an excellent service.
The proof sent over within a couple of days demonstrated a good eye for detail considering they only had a few photos to work from. I was impressed with both the detailed 3D views of the USB provided and the images sent over for final approval following production of the prototype.
The single point of contact at usbcompany managed the requirement from start to finish and was very accommodating to our last minute alterations. The price associated with the production was provided straight away and the first design-proof was issued within two days; From payment of order to delivery at my desk took seven days.
The quality of the finished product has exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them to others, we will certainly approach usbcompany for other requirements of this nature in the future.
