Terrible experience - no warning of trail ending and notification to charge. The service is poorer than chat gpt it’s sheer cheek they charge in the first place. Avoid at all costs.

Beware highly fraudulent!
Beware & forewarned of their highly Fraudulent practices.
I accepted a 7 day trial today and then decided to cancel the same day. When I attempted to do this, the platform states that I have no account.
From trust pilot reviews, I see that use.ai does not assign me an account until after the 7 days trial. Hence, when I tried to cancel within the 7 day trial period it states I have no subscription. Which means I have no way to cancel. I can only cancel after the ‘subscription’ is active and they’ve charged me the $40 a month.
So, in essence the trial costs $41.00.
Total scam!!

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience with Use AI. I subscribed only 4 days ago and was charged €50 for a service that clearly did not meet expectations. When I contacted support to request a refund after just a few days, they flat-out refused.
This company seems far more interested in taking customers’ money than providing fair customer service. Refusing a refund so quickly after purchase is unacceptable and feels extremely dishonest. The support team was cold, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help.
I genuinely regret subscribing and strongly advise others to stay away. There are far better AI services out there with transparent policies and respect for their customers. Use AI has completely lost my trust.

Subscription scam
Subscription scam — that was my experience with them. I was misled by the website when I signed up for a £1 trial. Without clearly informing me, they enrolled me in an automatic renewal subscription and charged me £29.99.
I demand an immediate full refund.

Beware of use.ai – Misleading subscription trap!
I registered an account with use.ai under the impression that I was creating an account with Claude, as the website strongly suggested it was Claude.ai. I initially paid €1 for testing purposes. However, after 7 days, a charge of €29.99 was suddenly demanded.
I am issuing a warning about this application due to its highly misleading practices, where a €1 trial automatically converts into a recurring subscription.
I really would appreciate it if I can get back the 29.99€. I thought I would never pay after the 7 day for the abbonement. It wasn' clearly to see that after the trial it will change to the abo.

It was a disaster
I intended to subscribe to a cloud service, but this site appeared at the top of the search results, and I accidentally subscribed to USE.AI instead.
After asking just one question, I realized something was wrong. Within an hour of starting the subscription, I canceled it and sent an email requesting a refund, but I never received any reply, and the refund process seems unnecessarily difficult.
Please make sure this is the correct site before making any payment, and do not subscribe.
If they refuse to provide a refund, I will not only request a chargeback through my card company, but also report this to consumer protection authorities.
