Use.ai uses deceptive and underhanded methods to sign you up. They charged me twice for a trial, provided no confirmation of transaction and then billed me for a monthly subscription. Any effort to unsubscribe is met with an ai bot called david via email.

They Cut Off My Subscription but Still No Refund
UseAI publicly said my refund was approved and would be processed within hours. I sent all the requested information and emailed them directly.
They cancelled my subscription access, but the refund never arrived. No communication. No follow‑up.
