Easy to find the Location. All necessary data was stored in the wallet app. Very unfriendly staff at the Store, i would even say incredibly unfriendly! The suitcases were labeled with a note and stored in the back of the store. Everything is very unprofessional.

After mistakenly bringing my purse to the White House Tour, the guard told me about bounce.com. I quickly went online and booked my appointment, walked two blocks to the UPS store and dropped it off for only $6.95. What a great service! I could not have walked back to my hotel in that time and UBER would have cost way more. I highly recommend this service and already told a family at the Jefferson Memorial who were hauling their luggage around town. I will definitely use again if needed.

Easy check in and out. Made it possible for us walk around and find dinner while we waited for our train. Definitely worth it!

We booked our luggage into Edinburgh store but when we got there the store was closed even though app said it opened every day from 9.30. Waited over an hour until 12 noon and then had to find another storage facility. Very frustrating as there were four of us including my elderly mother. Not impressed.

Super easy, on lower floor of T2. Easy to find. Friendly staff. No queue. All in all, effortless and great value.

Their marketing is very misleading. Bounce says make a reservation risk free because if you cancel, you’ll get a refund. This is because you have to pay in advance for the service. What they don’t tell you, is that your “refund” is in Bounce credits, not a refund to your credit card. They keep your money, and then they put a 1 year expiration on using the credit. This is not a trustworthy company. Do not use this company unless you are 100% certain you will use the service. If your travel plans change, you’re screwed.

The staff was very helpful and clear were provided. The process was straightforward and the storage area was easy to find and access.

The Bounce app was clear, concise and easy to use. This was my first time using a totally automated process, vs a manned location, and it worked great.

DO NOT USE BOUNCE LUGGAGE STORAGE. One of their vendors in Milan stole several items out of our luggage. They took a brown sling purse and two of my daughters shirts. They thought they were being clever, only taking things from the outer pockets of our luggage. But we noticed, but unfortunately too late to get out things back. Not to mention they never bothered telling us that they shut down from 12:00 to 3:00 in the afternoon which means I missed my train because I couldn't get my luggage in time. Completely disreputable.

Bounce luggage on social media reached out saying that they're happy to help and put in a claim and then of course 4 weeks later they get back to me saying we're declining your claim because you didn't file her police report and you didn't report it fast enough. Their policies state that you had to file a police report but the issue was I was already in another city hours away by the time I realized my items were stolen. Their system is set up to work against the traveler. Their customer service was horrendous and frankly, I think that travelers are better served by using stole your luggage locker type facilities rather than leaving your luggage with Bounce Luggage.

Great location, staff was very friendly, check in took a bit longer, but they knew about procedures, check out was very fast.

Easy to use and worked well

Outside sign is for the restaurant, don't look for the Bounce logo/name, just walk into restaurant.
Entrance for suitcases can be through side garage door, which is easier than through restaurant.
Great service overall.
