Excellent experience- easy and quick…

Excellent experience- easy and quick check in/check out process and staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location just couple streets from Chicago Union Station and half the price Amtrak charges to “watch” your luggage while you’re on the town sightseeing.

My first use of bounce

My first use of bounce, fast and easy. The value is excellent, just be sure you count each bag (even totes or smaller backpacks). The luggage felt secure and was ready immediately, the staff was very helpful. The location is only a nine minute walk from the port without luggage, and a little longer when you are loaded up with bags.

Very nice people

Very nice people , secured in the back of the restaurant. Easy access from the beach . Very amazing and affordable. Perfect to leave your stuff and head to the beach right before your flight!!! Extremely close to the airport aswell.

Self serve boxes

Self serve boxes, easy process. Difficult to find them though and very poor internet connection as the boxes are underground within the public parking at Plaza de Espana.

Easy and straightforward

Easy and straightforward
You get a QR code which you show to the staff to leave your bag and to take them back. One thing for improvement is that if they send you an email confirmation that your bags were left at the booking place, that would be better.

Drop off of our luggage was quick and…

Drop off of our luggage was quick and easy. The proprietor of the store was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Just as easy to pick up the luggage as well. The location is very convenient to the main bus drop off area. It turned out to be right next door to the apartment we were staying in as well!
