Great service

Great service. I left my luggage, including my iPad. At 11:00am and picked it up at 5:pm. The gentleman was great, and all of my stuff was safe. I would definitely recommend this service on Isla Mejeures!

Unlawful hidden charges

The AA have been sanctioned for having hidden unlawful fees. Bounce operates the same way. It advertises a fee and then when you go to pay it adds additional fees. Unlawful in UK but it gets away with it

A convenient service!

The staff has minimal English speaking skill but no communication problem as everything is done via app. They just simply scan the booking QR code and store your luggage until you come back to pick them up. Everything was done easily and seems they have more than enough space for storage, unlike those at subway station whereby there are very high possibility that the spaces are taken. Totally satisfy with this service. Rates are similar to those space at subway. It is reasonable.

Faro airport no luggage storage

Faro airport didn't have luggage storage for large suitcases so this was a useful option so we could go explore the sights without suitcases on cobbles!

Suitcase damaged by UPS store and…

Suitcase damaged by UPS store and bounce doesn't want to pay to replace it or refund the full amount we paid for storage even though they say it is insured. I will NEVER use this shady company again.

Very kind and friendly people

Very kind and friendly people. They clearly enjoy their work and lift the mood of both themselves and others. However, the opening hours listed on Bounce are incorrect. It says the post office closes at 8 PM, but it actually closes at 6 PM. Because of this, I had to change my plans. Before you reserve this place do check the opening hours on the Google Maps.
