Apart from the quality of the records i put up for sale on my e-shop i am also proud of the customer service and the handling of any misfortune that may happen, given the fact that i will have the chance to resolve any issue. Customer was contacted, i proposed replacing the LP with a brand new one or a full refund if he'd wish to return the item that did not met his expectations. Both options were politely denied so i can't do much else to resolve.

Delivered on time and with great care
The LPs and CDs I ordered arrived on time and I was very satisfied to see that UsedRecords had taken great care with the packaging - box within a box, very carefully wrapped and all the records outside of their jackets inside the plastic protectors. I would certainly buy again!
