This is a total scam.
I reported to my credit card company as fraud transaction and received my money back.

Totally scam, took the money, no reponse, no delivery, no money back.

Long response, no possibility to call, no delivery. Is some possibility to cancel my order ? Is some law possibility for solving it? I need my money back ! Some lawyer in US?

They don’t deserve any star actually. I ordered a pair of boots last December 4, 2025 fully paid and complete address was given. After two weeks of no updates, no package received I sent an E-Mail. They told me there are some issues blablabla for the delay. After a few weeks another reason they don’t have my complete address, why? Why the Courier doesn’t have my complete address? Then they gave me a delivery window that on January 10-12, 2026 the product will be sent to my address. It’s January 21,2026 as of this writing I haven’t received any updates or even a reply regarding this issue!!

I placed Order #2004 on 30 October 2024 and I never received my product. I paid €58.70 and my refund request was refused without any valid proof of shipment.
Customer support stopped replying to my emails, including my last message sent on 8 January. No tracking information, no solution, no responsibility.
This experience has caused me a financial loss of €58.70 and has completely destroyed my trust in this company. The lack of transparency and communication makes this website appear highly unreliable.
I strongly do not recommend purchasing from this website.

It’s been two months, the order has never arrived and they are refusing to issue a refund.

I placed an order on November 27 and it has been a total nightmare.

After waiting two weeks with no update, I sent a message to customer service and was told the original shipment was "lost."

They promised a replacement and a new tracking number within 48 hours—which was never provided. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have failed to provide any valid proof of shipment.

I have been forced to file a formal dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

Naomi is untrustworthy and uses stalling tactics.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

I ordered two pairs of shoes well in advance of my trip to Europe. One pair was delivered only after more than a month and after many follow-up inquiries—by that time, I was already out of the country, making the delivery useless for the purpose it was purchased for.

The second pair has still not been delivered, and it has now been almost three months since I placed the order. Communication has been extremely poor, and I’ve had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates.

This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better service, especially for an online store. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you are prepared for long delays and lack of accountability.

The company is obviously a scam. And judging by all the other negative reviews, They speak volumes.

No star at all.. It’s unbelievable, I waited for more than a month for a trash… the packaging the items are very ordinary and looks like someone wear it..

I never received the boots and I am continuously receiving fake emails mentioning that they are on its way.... after 2 months! Do not buy anything from them.

shame, the order did not arrive for 2 months, after a lot of e-mails and vague assurances that the order would arrive, they did not want to cancel or refund the funds, scam! Finally, after 2 months, a shipment arrives with something that is not even similar to the ordered shoes, originating from China, poor quality, very very bad. Do not fall for this web shop!

They are a complete scam and there is no phone number you can call to address your concern. Email communication goes no where as they tell you your package has been shipped, but it's been 1.5 months and I still haven't gotten my package and I can't cancel the order and get a refund either.

I am afraid I have to share a negative feedback for the Naomi shoes. 1. I experienced an extended delay on the delivery (I was told the package was lost) and 2. Poor quality. Only once I wore the boots and figured out that they are not at all scratch-resistant. Marks were made on my boots from the first day of use. In Greece we say "you get what you pay for". Nevertheless, the amount I spent was noteworthy. I would suggest not to order from this platform.

If only there was a 0 rating, I wouldn't even give this brand a 1 star. As what other have already posted here, I have the same and very similar experience. Saw the ad on IG. Since its verified by IG with a symbol, thought that the brand was legit. Apparently, I was wrong. Made a puchase on Nov 8th. I waited 21 days before I inquired about my purchase since the status since Nov 8th was preparing shipment. No information at all of any kind of delay. The immediate response after I emailed them was to wait 24 to 48 hrs before they respond due to high volume of inquiries. Got a response on Nov 21st of a tracking number but only partial of what was purchased. I was informed that it is in transit and to wait 5 to 10 business days from the day it was transited. I waited. It arrived Dec 9th. The shoes didn't fit at all. On the same day I received the shoes, I immediately asked for a refund since they have a 14-window of when I can request for a refund. Waited for a response. After 2 days, they offered me a store credit instead of a refund to the original card that was used. They said they are not able to accomodate free shipping due to changes in custom regulations. However, this information is not what is indicated on their website. The information is innaccurate and misleading. When I asked for a money back, there was no response. Its been 7 days now from the time I emailed them requesting for a return label and a refund. I hsd to report this brand as fraud or scam through my bank. Bottomline: THIS COMPANY OR BRAND IS A TRAP IN ORDER TO GET MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

It is a scam. I received my boots 35 days later in wrong size and wrong color. They refused to cover the return costs. I never received the free item either.

I never fot my boots. Do not order!!! They keep your money!!! They are burglers!!! Do not buy!

Do not purchase this is a scam Instagram boutique. I placed an order for a pair of boots on November 2, 2025. This order was to include a free item (a pair of tights). On November Nov. 18 I requested to have my order canceled. Customer service did not come back to me until Nov. 20 a few hours after I received a notification that the order shipped. I received the shipment on Dec. 2, (i did not receive the free item) and requested steps to return the item. The boots purchased do no match what was advertised. This has been a very poor experience and I am stuck with a pair of boots I will never wear due to shipping costs and tariffs.
