Thought reviews were exaggerating but nah its actually comfy. Sleep been better lately for sure.

The softness feels natural if that makes sense. Not overly squishy or fake feeling like memory foam stuff sometimes gets.

lowkey fixed my old mattress without me spending a fortune lol. i was already looking at buying a new bed before this.

I bought this after my old mattress started feeling dead in the middle. This saved me from replacing the whole thing. Bed feels thicker, softer, and just more comfortable to crash on after work.

Came quicker than expected, and the packaging looked clean. No chemical smell or weird stuff when opening it either.

Pretty simple product but it actually does what it says. Rare these days.

Bought it during a late night sale scroll and didn’t think much of it. Ended up being one of the better random purchases I’ve made this year. Sleep just feels more comfortable now.

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with West Month mattress toppers, which is unfortunate because I actually like the product. At the time I ordered a king size topper, there was an offer to buy a second one which I did. Within 2 minutes of placing the order, I noted the second one was erroneously shown as another king instead of a queen. I contacted customer service (name that responded was Clara) and was told I had to place another order for the correct size before they would provide return information and approval for the return. I did so and since then have had no response from customer service for last 30 days.No return information is provided leaving me out $168+! Worst customer service ever encountered!!

My shoulders usually hurt when I wake up but lately it’s been less intense. Not magically fixed or anything, just noticeably easier getting out of bed in the morning.

I placed an order on July 11,2026. Today is August 3,2026. I still have not received my order. The tracking information indicates there has been no movement on my package since July 17,2026. They have no customer service phone #. I've sent probably 10 email requesting further info. "They sent me a tracking link"
I requested to cancel my order..WestMonth said no because it was in transit...
"They sent me a tracking link"
One week later I requested to cancel my order and requested a refund...I was told no to both and received a "tracking link". Couple days later I requested WestMonth call the shipping company....shocker was told no it was " technically in normal transit" and you guessed it "They sent me a tracking link" . I KNOW THE MATTRESS TOPPER LOOK AMAZING ON THE SITE...BUT DO NOT ORDER FROM WESTMONTH...!!!

Arrived quicker than I expected and setup took like 2 mins. No weird smell either which I appreciated.

I wake up less grumpy now 😭 Not saying this solved my life but my sleep definitely feels deeper than before.

no joke i stayed in bed longer than usual the first morning after using this. just felt too comfortable getting up lol.

The extra padding helped alot with shoulder pressure for me. Side sleeping feels more comfortable now. Not some miracle fix obviously, but definitely better than before.

A mattress topper made way more difference than I expected. My sleep feels less broken now and I’m not waking up every couple hours trying to get comfortable anymore.

Been using it for around two weeks, and it still looks fluffy. Was worried it would flatten fast, but so far it’s holding up good.

i sleep hot pretty easily so i was expecting to regret buying this. somehow it actually stays breathable through the night which i didnt expect at all.

Customer service was actually sweet. I emailed them late expecting no answer and somebody replied quicker then I thought.

Arrived earlier then expected and setup was stupid easy. Opened it, left it for a bit, done.

Feels cozy without making the bed too hot. That’s important for me because I hate waking up sweaty.
