We have used Usomo since 2012 and never had any issues that were not resolved quickly. The prices are fair and the system is easy to use and adjust when needed.

Looked at many VOIP services and kept coming back to Usomo. There customer service is great and they answer within a few rings. Positive service with English speaking people that understand me.

Having expansion plans and will definitely be using them again.

Call plans prices are very very competitive against BT and XLN

I don't do normally write reviews when things "do what they say on the tin", but I'm really impressed by the Usomo service. The service just works, the provisioning was fast and the invoicing is transparent. The only suggestion I would make is that Usomo email out full set-up instructions, which in my case would have saved a call to tech support (who were extremely helpful).

I used Usomo for my first VOIP line after re-locating my business back home to avoid the cost of installing another fixed BT line. Their service has so far been second to none and I'm so impressed I've added another VOIP line in my Workshop as well as my office. Greta vale and great service.

It took me a while before I ordered my new phone number as I thought it would take ages however it was very quick & simple to do.
I needed to divert my new number & Usomo website was very clear and easy to use.
Very happy with my decision to use Usomo.

Excellent help with porting my number over and the phone service and dashboard have so far all been impressive.

Great service a bit complicated to setup

Every time I have a problem it is out of hours as they only work 9-5, not impressive for a telecoms company!

I was happy to be able to speak immediately to someone who knew the technical details and could solve the issue. No runarounds or support ticket system, just immediate help when I needed it. Excellent.

This is my first VOIP system. It works very well.

Although the written instructions were minimal, the support team always provided the necessary support and I recommend them.

Have used USOMO for just under 2 years now and so pleased with everything have just upgraded to the top level package which comes with a superb handset and base station for a great value price. Tried a couple of other voip providers before and none were satisfactory.

I wouldn't go anywhere else now for my business communications.

I finally decided to move to a VOIP phone for my business owing to the high charges imposed by the leading telecoms provider. I had used USOMO before and the quality of service I experienced before was excellent. A small issue I had was due to the name on my credit card being typed in wrong but the support staff at USOMO spotted this and fixed the problem in minutes.

I am delighted with their easy to use service and on my previous occasion the staff were able to solve my problem even though they did not know much about Yealink phones.

The service we receive from Usomo is truly brilliant, but more importantly when things go wrong we know that we can count on their friendly and professional staff to expedite our issues.

Its nice to know that in this day and age there is still a company that does what it says.
We were having problems with our previous supplier who changed ownership.
The problems could not get sorted which left us with no access to our control panel, so i cancelled the contract. Having spoke to Usomo before i knew where to turn.
From order to delivery 2 days and phones back up and running, initial set up problem but a quick phone call and the techi guys sorted it out very professionally.
We are already looking to expand the current system we have with them after only 1 week.
Great is the only word.

Having used their PAYG services I recently moved over to a contract... Fast deliver on handset and they transferred my PAYG number, it took a bit of time but got done with no fuss! All in all a great supplier!

The assistance in getting my voip set up and working was second to none. In addition if you buy your Voip phone from Usomo they will set it all up for you. I made the mistake of buying it elsewhere. Nevertheless the staff were really helpful at helping me to set up my Gigaset N300 to work with the number I have with them. For value for money you can't beat it, for help desk you can't beat it, for ease of use you can't beat it! So I'm giving Usomo my fullest recommendation and it's well deserved. In fact I'm going to port my BT numbers over to Usomo because they are willing and able to help. It's so refreshing to speak to a telecommunications Company who actually care.

Although my purpose was not reached to its goal, but the way I was dealt was excellent.
