The lady at the post office Ms. Anetea was great, very friendly. I had to go there twice because my birth certificate wasn't right. She explained why and explained what I needed to do. But after that everything went very fast.

The process was more simple than in the past for my wife. I still think the instructions for the steps could be a little more concise. The main problem is that the price is too much. Why does it cost $200 for paperwork. Price shouldn’t be a barrier for an American passport.

The only thing I would say was a done side was I wish I had known that paying $110 online was just for them to send me my application filled out, other than that when I went to the post office the lady was very nice and my passport came in no time. Along with my supporting documentation.

Very quick and easy! I did pay for the expedited turn around that said "2 to 6" weeks, but I got my passport in about 9 days.

Poor customer service
Not clear that this a third party site, paid $150 for services I wasn’t going to use; told them I wasn’t going to use their services and they told me they could only offer 25% back as a refund ($37.50), poor process and even poorer customer service, explained that I’m not using your website, I’m not using your services (including the form) and that I want a full refund and they offered 50%
