The application was easy to fill out
The application was easy to fill out, and I had my new passport in two weeks. Very easy process. The only issue I had was uploading my passport picture because it had to be a certain size and perfectly centered, which took a few few attempts to get right. Other than that, it was very easy process, and the passport was delivered much earlier than the estimated 4 to 6 weeks.

I received my passport fast. However, I paid twice. Once on line with my credit card and I enclosed a check with my mail in form. How do I get reimbursed?

Regarding the two payments, the payment made through our website covers our independent third party document preparation service, including application assistance and document preparation. The separate check included with your application is the government passport fee, which is paid directly to the issuing agency as part of the passport application process. These are two separate fees for two separate services. If you believe you were charged twice for the same fee, our support team would be happy to review your account and clarify the payments for you.

Was nervous about not getting a…
Was nervous about not getting a passport in time for my travel plans. Made an appointment and drove down to Tuscon office, hoping everything would work out.
When I got there every single person that I interacted with was nice and just wanted to get me taken care of. I was not prepared with what I needed, but they just helped me. Diane make me feel like an idiot or like I was inconveniencing them. They just helped. The process was painless and I’m going to Japan! Thank you guys, pinnacle of good service for a stressful situation.

renewing passport was a nredse
it confuse me at first when I filled out the application to renew my passport online. I called their number and she totally corrected some of my errors online herself and was very informative. Great service.

I thought I was easily doing the paperwork for my kids passports but it wasn’t until after I submitted payment and received part of my order that I realized that I had been scammed. I now can tell you that this is a third party just to send you forms that are FREE on the government website. I was duped by the red white and blue and USA title but did not read the fine print. I am waiting to talk to customer service and get refunds for both orders. I am very upset and mad about the whole situation. DO NOT USE!
I was able to get a refund when I reached out via email which made the situation better so I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars.
