After many months of empty promises

After many months of empty promises, repeated excuses, and a continued failure to address this matter, my patience has now been exhausted.

This letter serves as formal notice that I require a substantive response within seven (7) days of receipt. Should you fail to respond within this timeframe, or continue to avoid resolving this issue, I will proceed with escalating the matter through all available channels.

This will include travelling to Japan to formally lodge a complaint with the relevant authorities and pursuing any further actions available to me under the applicable laws and regulations. I am fully prepared to ensure that this matter receives the level of scrutiny and attention it deserves.

You are therefore advised to treat this correspondence as a final opportunity to resolve the issue before further formal action is taken.

I await your response.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs - they have nothing to do with USSTOKYO they are 3rd party brokers who will rob you! After some research I believe they are based in Pakistan in Gujranwala. I will find you!

SCAM

I bought a car through them. I transferred over 2 million yen. This was over six months ago. And what? NOTHING! I don't have a car, I don't have money. The company doesn't respond to emails. I strongly advise against it—no contract fulfillment and no communication.

Negative experience and financial loss

I was treated in a very similar way to what user Michał G describes in his review.
Unfortunately, I also suffered significant financial losses as a result of working with this company.

I would like to ask if it is possible to contact Michał G to clarify the details of the case, as the situation appears to be very similar. I have already taken legal action regarding this matter.

I view the entire experience very negatively, and it raises serious doubts in my mind about how this company operates.

Be careful!

Before I paid for the car, the seller responded to emails and chat messages. After I made the payment, he completely broke off contact and blocked me on chat.

Beware – This website is a scam! They refused to refund my USD 3,000 security deposit.

I strongly warn others to stay away from this website. I deposited USD 3,000 as a secure deposit, and after completing all their requirements, they refused to return my money.

Their customer support stopped replying to my messages and kept giving vague or fake excuses. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received any refund.

This is clearly a scam. The company is not trustworthy at all and uses deceptive tactics to take customers’ money. I have reported the issue to my bank and relevant authorities.

Please don’t trust this website — they will take your money and disappear.

Proven fraud. Avoid

This is a Pakistani-based fraud network. They have never delivered the car that I paid for in 2022. No reply to emails after payment. They only contacted me with a suggestion to remove a negative review in exchange for a refund, but it turned out to be an empty promise, even when the review was removed. For the last 3 years, no reply to emails, no car delivered, and no refund.

Extremely disappointing experience – No delivery, no communication, no refund

I am writing this to warn others based on my experience with USS Tokyo Com / Nippon International.

On May 30, 2023, I entered into a vehicle purchase agreement through their platform. I transferred the full amount of €8,116.72 (plus €37.50 bank fee) on June 8, 2023, covering both the car and shipping from Japan to Germany.

Initially, the shipping was scheduled for September 4, 2023, as confirmed on July 28. This date was later pushed to February 21, 2024 via the website’s chat function. However, the vehicle was never delivered, no shipping documents were ever provided, and communication ceased entirely. The company stopped responding to emails, and eventually deactivated their online chat function.

After repeated attempts to contact them and months of silence, it is now clear that the company has failed to meet their contractual obligations. I consider this not only a serious breach of contract, but also potential fraudulent behavior.

I have since retained legal representation in Japan. If I do not receive a full refund and appropriate compensation within 14 days, I will proceed with formal legal action in Japan, including a fraud report to the Japanese authorities.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to reconsider.
