Absolutely shocked at all these bad reviews and so wish I had checked them out before ordering a $450 mountain bike. As per all the other reviews, this site is now an obvious scam...scamming good people out of their hard earned cash.
As with others, I’ve tried tried claiming back through PayPal (the safe way of paying apparently) and they have been given a different tracking no from the seller. I have found out from yodel the correct tracking no, they say they have had the details but not the item. PayPal say get in touch with the supplier but after 30+ emails to them I’m giving up.
Just wondering how PayPal accept this type of supplier to use them for payments? I’ve always used PayPal as a safe way of paying but is it really?

If I could give a negative star, I would!!!! Ordered for my bday in August.. still haven't received... emailed over 20 times, nothing!!!! No refund, then said hey we have it on order..two weeks, then nothing, two more weeks, nothing, two months, nothing... now time for PayPal!!!!

Please anyone who has been scammed with this company like I have ‘ over £700 pound ‘ go and record what’s happened to you on either the auction fraud ‘ 0300 123 2040 or you can do it online ‘ we ordered two motorised mountain bikes ‘ after 4 weeks received nothing’ chap said so sorry they will be with you within 2 weeks ‘ 2 months down the line ! Nothing’ won’t answer any emails ‘ put a claim in with PayPal’ his response was that he had sent them on the 9/9 which happened to be my birthday lol’ I was in all day ‘ nowt came’ phoned Royal Mail up ‘ ( had to go through a few companies with my so called tracking number ‘ as he didn’t state which so called courier he had sent them with) gave rmail the number to be told item was sent but to a different address and different name’ plus Royal Mail do not send items as heavy ‘ I’m going through a claim with PayPal which they will decide in the 28 th nov ‘ they asked for confirmation that the items was not delivered from the courier service’ but do to data protection I couldn’t get a email or anything like that to prove ‘ I’ve not received it ‘ although I have sent what info I have to PayPal’ they have just informed me that my claim has been denied’ because I couldn’t prove that the courier didn’t send it ! So from now on I’m not bothering with PayPal’ it’s not as trustworthy as you think

111 days and the clock does not arrive ... since your last reply I have already waited 2 more weeks and the purchased merchandise never arrived .... what are you going to do? Will you give me my money back someday? when it seems your company is not very real or something is not working
Well ... I had never had problems to compare a product and they did not respond ... I believe their answer and not the same as always ...

Same story, made a purchase on July but the tracking number I was given can not be located, company says keep waiting, it's on its way. I received my refund from PayPal.

I purchased an item in July and still have not received. I received a tracking number shortly after placing the order but it never registered with a shipping company. I have tried to contact them several times and they keep telling me to just wait. This company is a scam - do not purchase from them!

Scam, as every one hear. PayPal have advised me to use charge back from my own bank and I have result refunded today. but PAYPAL are in on this scam in my opinion. Site is still up and taking orders just placed one without payment, they then come back asking if you know you still have items in your basket?!!!

This company should be put out of business. I made an order in July 2020 and have not received my order. They keep telling me that it's on it's way. I can not track this order and they won't give me my money back.

Scam... stay away... take your money... give you a tracking number that don’t belong to you or your address.
You cannot get your money back via PayPal as the tracking number says delivered...
Now trying to get Yodel to send me a letter for PayPal to confirm the the address and name isn’t for me..

TOTAL SCAM! Ordered in June, now almost November. Tracking number is invalid.
Can someone please shut this company down?

It has now been just short of six months since I ordered my merchandise and it still has not arrived. Emails urge me to wait a few more days or that it will arrive within the week. When I ask for a refund, I am told to wait a few more days. It's a scam! Don't waste your money or your time.

I have been waiting for months. The tracking number doesn't work. They keep replying to wait. They say it will arrive soon or in a few weeks. Nothing but a run around and lies. And then they asked for a review. Here it is. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

These scammers are advertising electric bicycles on social media according to the address showing on the PayPal transaction, and they seem to have got a system whereby they can get hold of a 4PX Express tracking number (in my case for a delivery in the town I live in), and then claim the goods have been delivered.

Royal Mail can't tell me the name on the tracking document but they can tell me it wasn't my name or my address, and that the goods weighed 811g.

PayPal are currently proving to be worse than useless at resolving the dispute ("seller says goods have been delivered" but apparently can't be bothered to qualify what goods or where) but I'm not letting it drop.

UPDATE: if anyone else is fighting with PayPal over this fraudulent company – particularly the tracking number scam – and want to share their experience with a view to forcing PayPal to shut these crooks down (ustreetstyle, not PayPal, although they are running them a close second, as their failure to act makes them complicit in this fraud), please contact me at my gmail address – my username here plus the obvious suffix.

This eBike offer is a 100% scam. I purchased and paid CN$969.00 including expedite delivery service.
Never received a tracking delivery number, until I had PayPal involved.
All to find out a delivery date for which we waited religiously and on which tracking # indicated as shipped!
Never received anything, my amount has yet to be credited due to this obvious fraudulent operation. According to the other reported fraudulent reviews, I do not understand how they can still be eligible to PayPal services.

Bought a bag from this company. When the strap broke, I wrote to the company. They replied immediately and said they would replace it. Two months have gone by. Their emails ask me to wait a little longer- the purse is being sent. Still no purse or refund. They are playing games with me! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Placed order in July and still haven't received my item. Says it's on the way but nothing yet. Bad business, 1st time ordering, not again

I would give them zero stars if I could. I placed my order over 2 months ago but all I got was empty promises. They have still not refunded my money. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
