I ordered the 1st of May a parcel as a present. The website was promising and they indicated that they ship within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks nothing. After a month waiting without any confirmation of the shipment I asked for a refund, but they refused. I was going to move 1,5 month after i placed my order so I was getting scared that I wouldn't receive it. They assured me that everything was going to be allright.
Now, 4 months later, I still haven't received my parcel nor a refund.
They keep on saying to be 'patient'.

Definetly not ordering ever again.

This company is a scam they gave me fake tracking information its been over a month and I still haven't received my order. I hope people read before purchasing and spending there money.

I ordered two quilt sets June 2 2020. It is now sept 3 2020. I contacted them three times. Same response wait a few more days. Well I now no in my heart that this is a scam site. Noone can tell me different. Fake tracking numbers. This site is stealing from hardworking people during a crisis. I would not have giving it 1 star but I had to give them that to write a review. I will stop at nothing to get justice. Dont order anything.USTREETSTYLE!!!!! & PAYPAL THEY ARE WORKING TOGETHER!!!!!!!

Like other reviews saying that this is a scam, I start to believe it is. The seller is unreachable, only twice at the beginning then no longer available for the rest.

I contacted PayPal already and they're now taking action. If you pay with Paypal, don't forget to Escalate it if you don't receive your item.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I made a purchase. Everything about what people are saying is true. I ordered a purse through the website about a month ago. I emailed them once and asked for a status update and they told me to wait more days because due to COVID their shipment was slower. I still haven’t received my package and when I emailed them again today and asked for a refund they told me exactly what they did before and told me to wait more days. I’ve tried tracking my order and every time I do it says “package not found” this site is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I ordered from this site and the price was great, received my purchase which was a mini Mickey wallet with a cross body strap, but what got me, and i had not noticed after 2 months that i was paying a monthly fee. So I called and of course it was an outsource call center i was told that i was paying for the discount items via a membership. I demanded to be refund as it did not say anywhere that this was a membership. I was told i would receive a reimbursement but only for one month. I love Mickey Mouse, but I will not be scammed again. BTW I still never got my reimbursement $16.95

I ordered a bag from Ustreetstyle.com on April 12,2020. I emailed the seller the same day and cancelled the order. The seller responded, kindly, that they had issued a refund. Therefore I ordered a smaller bag.
It is now June 29, 2020 and no refund or items arrived.
I put in a dispute with PayPal and they rejected my dispute.
I am so disappointed that in this day and age we can still be ripped off and lose trust!
Needless to say, I closed my PayPal account.

Placed two separate orders and never received either one. Tracking was completely unavailable and customer service was horrific. Never received the refund for either purchase. They need to be shut down.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ORDERED ON APRIL 24 AND WE ARE NOW AND JUNE. HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I wish there is a ZERO rate! 😠😠😠 Ordered a Mickey Mouse bag last March 24, until now no bag arrived. I've been emailing the customer service since then but they just keep on telling that the item is on the way and wait for 3weeks (3x 3weeks) THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER! I ordered a pair of shorts in March and now, in June, they still have not arrived. I reached out to their customer service multiple times to request an update and then a refund. They kept telling me to wait longer and eventually I did a charge back on my credit card. Do not recommend at all.

If I could give this company a zero rating, I most definitely would! I ordered a compact Mickey Mouse and cosmetic Minnie Mouse bag back in April. April 22 to be exact and here it is, June and still no bags! The tracking info I was provided with suck because I can’t read Chinese and just looking at the dates- nothing has been updated since May 4th. I spoke to someone via Facebook messenger about 2 weeks ago and they said my order had shipped and was in transit. I messaged again last week and again today because I still haven’t seen my order. NO RESPONSE! People, DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT waste your money ordering from these scammers. You may not receive your paid for merchandise.

Would give a zero if i could. I ordered a mickey bag for my friends birthday and still havent recieved it 3 months later. I have written over 5 emails to customer service who are no help whatsoever!!! They are a company who is probably Manned by a 5 person team because i dont get a refund when i requested it 5 times, i just keep getting an email back that says wait more days will deliver. I dont want to wait and its been over 3 months and they refuse to issue me a refund. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!! SAVE YOURSELF!!

I never received my Designer Hello Kitty bag. When asked about tracking and then later refund no one helped me. Never got my item or my money. SCAM. Their reviews have to go through the admin so they only post good ones/make their own.

If I could give this company a 0 star review I would . I came across this company on Google and seemed legitimate and so I ordered a Hello Kitty necklace from them . I ordered this on March 26, 2020. I got a tracking number but every time I check it is shows it hasn’t moved since April 8th in China . I have now realized that I have been scammed . Please do not shop from this company because you will never get your merchandise and nobody will ever email you back .

I am like many other customers and now have paid for an item that I have not received, they have offered a refund but I have not had one yet. I shall now post on Facebook to warn others and then I am reporting them to my credit card.

I understand the situation of pandemic, the packages may delayed, however this company never answer ANY question from customer.
Not recommend this company. They should reply to their customers.

This is the worst experience on online purchases ever. If I dont received the
item then I should received my money back otherwise this is a stealing method.
