It was an awesome service which help me to get notarized documents within few minutes while i am an overseas. I am happy to chose US Virtual Notary.

semi "extortion"
the process of the notary is not issue.
the notary:
actually good. pay, they do a computer-review of your ID. the platform is like Zoom. confirm you ID and ask you to affirm the truth of you and the document contents.
most places charge $25 and the same with US Virtual Notary.
"the" issue.
after i paid and completed the notary process. the actual notarized, completed document is suppose to be email back to me.
instead i receive an email that their "system" claims and states i am outside the US and if i want my document i have to pay an additional $50 hence it was and "international" document.
i emailed their CS a screenshot showing my city in the US (arizona) and that there was no VPN on or used.
this did not matter.
CS either pay the $50 "or" you do not get your notarized document. hence, i needed the document within an hour i therefore "had" to pay the demand money.
there is not need for this. if US notary is so concerned about location, just have the customer attest and swear to your location.
OR
when you make the appointment tell the customer then of "your" claimed system and not after you paid and "after" you document has been notarized and being "held" for and additional charge.
there are other on-line notary. "lesson" learned.
My time at US Virtual Notary was…
My time at US Virtual Notary was nothing short of disappointing and disheartening. Without any notice, I woke up one morning to find my entire schedule for the day vanished. Attempting to seek answers, I reached out to the new supervisor, Paul, but received no response. In a desperate attempt, I contacted the owner, McKinley Stacker IV, hoping for some clarity, but he also chose to ignore my inquiries.
Throughout my tenure with US Virtual Notary, I had remained dedicated and hardworking, even directing potential clients back to the company's platform instead of conducting business off-site. Unfortunately, my loyalty was met with betrayal when the company unceremoniously let me go without any warning or explanation.
This experience has left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as an employee. The lack of communication from both the supervisor and the owner suggests a severe lack of professionalism within the company. It is deeply unsettling to think that this is how they treat their staff, and it raises serious concerns about their treatment of clients and partners.
US Virtual Notary's apparent disregard for loyalty and dedication raises questions about their overall company culture. Terminating an employee without any prior notice or chance to rectify any potential issues is not only unfair but also displays a lack of basic human decency. I cannot help but wonder how they perceive and treat others, including their customers and business associates.
Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against considering employment with US Virtual Notary. Their actions demonstrate a lack of respect for their employees and a complete disregard for maintaining a professional and supportive work environment. There are many other reputable companies in the market that value their employees and treat them with the respect they deserve.

fast, reliable ad knowledgeable. You get what you pay for. This is very expensive notary but I do not believe in giving low starts for cost. If you are late and needed asap this is the way to go.
