I'm a Canadian living in Mexico and I often buy investment properties in the US. Many purchases require some sort of document notarization. Amazingly great experience
I had my session within an hour and a half of requesting, the notary was extremely efficient, the entire process took less than 5 minutes, and I had my notarized document within a few minutes. I have no hesitation in rating it 5 stars.

The scheduling process was super easy. I needed a state-specific notary, they delivered, no issue. The Zoom exchange was flawless and my document in its final form was emailed back as a pdf within five minutes of ending our session. Would highly recommend!!

Horrible service, terrible experience, AVOID
They're very responsive when it comes to sending invoices and taking your money, but fail to deliver. The first appointment could not be completed due to technical problems (fair enough, this is an online service, things happen). Second appointment was successful, but they haven't delivered anything after several days. No email replies, no documents, absolutely nothing. We've dealt with tons of online notaries, they have the document to you in a few minutes. Absolutely ridiculous, for a service which advertises itself as 24/7. After reading heaps of negative reviews online, this is apparently a common experience. Completely mismanaged "business". Go to onlinenotary.net or similar.

Worst service I got ever!
I would even say the cheated me to pay again for the same service, made me pay for shipping also I had a prepaid fedex label, and it is more than a month now - and they don't sent the stamp! and it was so urgent.
they took so much money, time and energy - and didn't finish the job.
Worst ever!
will never use again or recommend - beware!!!
