Job loss for family and friends.
Unfortunately Utility Alliance have went into administration, family members and good friends have lost jobs due to this which is sad to hear.
I am conscious about the fact that there will be thousands of customers left in the lurch with no account management and no one to help against additional changes in the coming months.

So although inevitable it was sad for the few employees with a conscience that UA went bust .
Taking upfront commissions on over inflated consumption along with Covid 19 was the straw that broke ........
Directors will be sitting pretty no doubt ?

Terrible after service
Terrible after service, we moved to a new electricity provider following conversations with our UA account manager in 2020 , however following an unexpected quarterly invoice from our new provider this month and not the monthly direct debit we asked for and finding out they had not not forwarded on the bank DD forms I find both of our account managers email address are not being answered and the telephone numbers given are now unobtainable. Finally UA's complaint Department still have not replied to my email asking for reasons why i cannot contact these ''account managers''

Really polite & knowledgeable staff, and very transparent too, so I did not have to worry that I was being diddled or cheated, whereas in the past, other Companies I have dealt with have made me feel like that. I highly recommend the Utility Alliance.
Next Electricity Contract sorted in good time
I was impressed with the knowledge of my contact at Utility Alliance. He explained what was happening in the energy markets and why it was the time to set up a new Contract, even though a couple of years away. He was never pushy, always very polite, rang back at a better time if I was busy and, at the end of the day, ensured we got a good deal for our electricity bills moving forward. He was very helpful when I got a bit stuck with completing the on-line forms. I would not hesitate to recommend Utility Alliance on the basis of my own experience.

The staff are very friendly but a…
The staff are very friendly but a mistake was made back in August and not recified until I heard from British Gas that our contract had not been renewed in October! No one is accepting blame and so we have had to pay a standard tariff, which is obviously more expensive, until this was sorted in November. We are a business centre so it has cost a lot of needless expense. I have used these people before with no problems but I expect Covid will be blamed for staff shortages etc.
