I deal with Rob Hickman for my gas and electricity account at work. He certainly knows his stuff and is very helpful. He helped me a great deal when I had a problem and therefore would definitely recommend Utility Alliance.

I would highly recommend Utility…
I would highly recommend Utility Alliance. In particular Ross Stephenson, our Accounts Manager, was helpful, friendly, professional and kept me update throughout. Thanks to Gary Hassan who negotiated a deal with our current supplier, which outbid the most competitive supplier, but more importantly, give us a saving on our current rate. Ross and Gary did everything, allowing me to get on with more important business matters. Thanks again guys!!
Big savings in Gas & Electric supplies for Rams Rugby
I would thoroughly recommend Mark Wilcox at the Utility Alliance to help any organisation through the complexities of renegotiating their utility contracts. The process was very user friendly for us at Rams Rugby club and we handed all the pain over to Mark. Mark secured a much better deal with our current contractor for our gas and electric supplies and also managed to get the date backdated 5 months to cover the out of contract period. He provided a comprehensive report for our Committee presenting other options with alternative suppliers and showing the savings
He has helped save the club over £2k of valuable funds - we are delighted.
annoying phone calls
Phoning my business when I have not asked them to and when I do not know who they are and having a name very like another company oiffering the same thing, is confusing and damned annoyinmg. If I want you ... I will contact you ... I DO NOT WANT THIS COMPANY RANDOMLY CALLING LOOKING FOR MY BUSINESS WHEN I HAVE NOT ASKED THEM TO. REALLY ANNOYING.

What a brilliant company
What a brilliant company, they were happy to come out to us or let us go see them depending on what worked for us. They got us a much better deal than we had ever been on before and the staff were very professional and helpful. Especially Ben Fearon and Steven Dane

This company have been amazing especially Gary Hassan and Donna Roxby. They have sorted out all problems we have had in the past and present. I honestly don’t know what I would of done without them. I look forward to the future with them.
Great work!!
Had a real problem trying to get out of a utility contract. Has been going on for a few months now. With the help of Jordan Wood and Sam Riches it was sorted in a couple of days. Can't thank them enough. Great works guys.
Marvellous service
Rob Hickman is our advisor. Polite and friendly. Keeps us up to date with what is happening with our energy account.
We locked in a 3 year fixed price and Rob is now working on our next fix. We have a bed & breakfast along with a camp site with electric hook ups so we need a good price to keep our prices keen to attract more guests.
Great service.
Helpful and Friendly Staff…
The Gas and Electric markets are complicated to follow, Ben Fearon made it straight forward and easy. Very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and on top of that got us a great deal! Thanks Ben for all your hard work. Sharon Stone, Chapter
We recently took on new business…
We recently took on new business premises and Stephen Brett and Amelia Hewitt were extremely helpful in getting us a great energy package. Stephen went the extra mile in helping further when it became apparent that we would also need a new gas meter.
Would highly recommend ****
I have used Utility Alliance for 2 years now for various locations within our Group.
