We had our new Utopia bathroom fitted exactly a year ago and we love it. Two minor issues were sorted by our supplier without resorting to any need to contact the maufacturer on our part. All in all, very pleased.

We are very pleased all round with our Utopia bathroom; the company that made it, the retailer that sold it and the guys who fitted it.
All backed up by excellent support from Utopia customer services, if needed.

We recently purchased Downton Amelia and Qube ranges for our Georgian renovation 3 enuites a bathroom and a ground floor wc. Easily fitted, quality showers taps, wastes ,basins, furniture, bath, toilets and accessories. Easily ordered and all delivered in one shipment to us in Somerset. I recieved pro forma for each bathroom which aided my fitters to ensure all the items were in the right rooms. I can honestly write this review and say it was a 100% positive experience and I was very happy to spend my budget here and very happy with the results .

In the past two weeks we have had our bathroom renovated and had it fitted out with the Symmetry Fitted range including Coralux worktop.
To say we are pleased with it would be an understatement; I'm certainly glad we never thought to check any reviews before choosing this product range as it could have incorrectly dissuaded us.

I ordered 2 Matese sink and have installed one however it is almost impossible to seal the waste! The sides of the ceramic are VERY tappered but a BS waste is flat. This means there is only the very edge of the waste in contact with the sink. It is so bad that the washer supplied with the waste doesn't touch the ceramic at all! Rang up Utopia and they said it was the correct type of waste and fobbed me of. It either needs a different design of waste or is a horrendously designed sink! It was me that tried to fix the waste using various methods, I then got a plumber involved after 6 hours of trying and he looked at it and said he was not even going to bother to try as it clearly won't seal! Avoid.

My husband and I purchased a property in Oxford which needed to be renovated. The builders we used recommended Utopia, as always I did my research and read previous reviews so raised my concerns with them. However, the builders who have been in the business collectively with over 40 yrs experience assured me that they have never had any issues with Utopia bathrooms that has caused them or their clients concerns. So who do you trust, the reviews or builders with experience?
Well, reluctantly went with their suggestion and my husband and I are ever so pleased that we did. The delivery arrived on time, all items were included, Utopia even helped us locate parts for our toilet as we wanted the mechanism to enable the toilet to flush without touching it.
We ended up going back to them for more tiles for the wall as the floor tiles were extremely good quality.
Overall, I will say that I was a reluctant customer, based on reading the reviews, however, I’m now a happy customer.

Fantastic company to deal with, my new Roseberry bathroom is top quality. It came ready assembled so my fitter was over the moon, which also kept the fitting cost to a minimum. Highly recommended.

Hi all - I spent over £20,000 pounds on Utopia Bathrooms via Connect Plumbing in South Woodham Ferrers.
And a tap is leaking in warranty. We need a cartridge. Dealing with Sales agent and the office since Feb 2022 and been told twice its in stock and been sent, it never comes. Very disappointed to be informed over and over again it being sorted - basically zero checks on quality and complaining is the only way to gain attention.
Tap is out of use and will soon need to rip wall out to replace taps. Had a quote for 5 k to rip out all the tiles Utopia furniture which matches the other bathrooms. Small Claims Court now in progress for compensation. All unnecessary. I understand post this update they are sorting the issue. I will update you via my wife’s account soon.

Just had two bathrooms refurbished with utopia cabinets, one of the bathrooms floor cabinets only have an internal back panel going up 2/3 of the height, resulting in an unsightly gap in the units, space for items to fall down. Have contacted utopia via the website so waiting for their response. Previous experience with utopia has been very good, so hoping this issue gets resolved.
Our toilet seat hinges have snapped leaving us no option but to complain: The seat is only 2years old and you would expect it to last for many years for the price. The showroom we bought the whole suite from has ignored our request to sort this out. We feel extremely let down. Just contacted Utopia, extremely helpful and are sending new hinges for toilet seat. Thank you for your kindness.

Same as review on 22nd October by another reviewer.
Items delivered damaged, items delivered in wrong colours (multiple times over months), re-ordered items delivered in wrong sizes, a toilet bowl that slowly leaked because of hairline cracks and thinning in the ceramic around the U-bend 2 plumbers and a builder working on our site never seen anything like it!), multiple sinks with cosmetic defects (come-on utopia - I could have gotten flawless white sink at wickes
for third of the price!).
Utopia only engage with their customers via the retailer. They won’t get into discussion directly with the puchaser. That says something.
Anyway, 5 months later everything sorted. But they aren’t worth the bother. Their stuff is so-so quality. Our other bathrooms are Roper Rhodes… much better!
Oh… and if you do have issues you will note that their communications always refer to a “gesture of goodwill” in emails. Note to Utopia, it’s not a gesture of goodwill if you have sent wrong colour/wrong size/damaged items poorly packaged. It’s called fulfilling your contractual obligation.

We have a bathroom showroom and have dealt with Utopia for over 10 years. The product is far superior to any other we have supplied and fitted. It is a pleasure to sell their beautiful ranges and our fitters enjoy fitting them too. Customers are always thrilled and are happy to recommend both us at Abergele Interiors and Utopia.

We ordered a set of bathroom furniture from Utopia.
The first delivery had damaged doors, fascias and cabinets - both manufacturing issues and lack of any protective packaging between cabinets and boxes. Once we went through the supplier these were changed and replacements sent.
The second delivery was also damaged - edges of doors and corners as well as manufacturing damage (regular markings) to some of the cabinets.
So third time lucky (or so we thought) we had the doors replaced and ordered some additional long cladding panels.
Unfortunately whilst the door replacements were well packaged and arrived in good state they were missing the drilled hinge holes in the rear of the doors !!!! The panels did not arrive in a good way - Laminate chipped off and corner damage to the panels
Utopia's answer to the supplier was 'the goods were inspected before they left the factory' - and they wont replace the panels. New doors are being delivered two weeks later.
This is unacceptable - especially given the documented history of goods sold not fit for purpose on the previous 2 deliveries.
We had to fight to get reimbursed for the costs of missed days where our fitter couldn't work
Unfortunately this company is all about appearance and very little substance they just cannot deliver goods to the standard that they portray in their brochures.
I know that our supplier and another local supplier are thinking or removing their ranges from their shops based on their experiences with Utopia over the last 6 months.
I would recommend any prospective purchaser not to bother as you can get better for the same costs elsewhere.
I feel the quality of my bathroom furniture is good.
There is however a need for improvement in a few specific places.
The top rear cross brace for a washbasin unit is in a different height to a drawer unit. If you fix battens behind a new stud wall based on one type of unit it may not be at the correct height for the other.
The radius of the curve of the worktop edge and the inside curve of the semi-recessed sink are completely different. Also the supplied template is not good and makes it harder to achieve a good fit.
I will have to see over time regarding the quality of the worktops.
Customer service is a bit hap-hazard, you might or might not get a reply.
A mixed review.

I wish I had read the reviews before engaging in the part purchase of utopia lustre range.
I have purchased a large number of items for my bathroom renovation which have arrived ie.tall mirror unit bathroom cabinet cistern and toilet pan these are very expensive and yet to be placed by the bathroom fitter.
The reason mainly for this is that I have ordered a matching 1080 wash hand unit and basin.I cannot to date get any information on a delivery date for my order. At first I was told that I could have the carcass for the unit but the drawer would follow in the future. I now believe that this has been changed and the full unit will be delivered however no date has been stated.Considering the whole range is the same I find difficult to get a handle on why some items have been delivered but one item is still not available.
I have tried to speak to customer service but just been told to speak to my supplier which I have done and they are as much in the dark as to a delivery date.
If I had a delivery time would at least help.
Having had a total bathroom refit, we noticed the paint effect on our toilet seat had an almost tie dye effect. Having sent photos to Plumbase who we purchased our whole bathroom through, Utopia replied that
“ Discolouration could occur if certain products are used to clean the pan, seat and stainless hinges. The toilet should only be cleaned with soap and water to physically remove any germs (as when you wash your own hands) and all surfaces should be thoroughly rinsed to remove any deposits of the cleaning substance.”
So apparently you can only clean it with soap and water….like your hands! I would point out that the seat was like it before I even washed it but I hardly expect to spend £250 on a toilet seat that I can not wash properly like normal toilet seats.
Very poor customer service.
I’m now concerned about the longevity of the whole suite purchased which was highly recommended by my plumber and Plumbase…

Do not bother ordering tiles from this lot.
Ordered large batch, quoted 4 weeks lead time with possible 6 week maximum. Now looking at 10 weeks. No communication of delay, holding whole job up. Claimed to have dispatched on two occasions then following investigation turns out they haven’t even received them yet.
Failed to take responsibility for delay. Not concerned with knock on effect to other parties.
Could accept delays based upon Covid or Brexit issues but deceitfulness and disregard for others that grates

We have recently done a small upgrade to our Utopia Bathroom that was originally fitted 13 years ago. Changing up the floor tiles, taps, mirror/mirror board and plinths (again purchasing from Utopia) has given a fresh modern look. The quality is second to none, our fitter couldn’t believe the the age of the bathroom and commented on its longevity. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
