Stuart and his team moved us and the experience couldn’t have been better. It was a long day, yet the whole team remained friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient throughout. From the very beginning, Stuart was professional, easy to work with, and went out of his way to reassure us and ensure everything ran smoothly. They were a fabulous team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional removals company.

UTS Removals are an excellent house-move company and a genuinely professional team.

The removal company I had originally booked cancelled on me at the very last minute, which was incredibly stressful. I reached out to UTS Removals and they were able to take me on at short notice and get everything organised quickly.

On the moving day itself, my house sale completed, but the onward purchase did not complete on the same day. This meant I had to move out of the property with nowhere to go. UTS Removals were absolutely brilliant, they stepped in immediately, moved all my belongings into storage, and very kindly didn’t charge me for the storage.

When the purchase completed three days later, they were on hand to move everything into my new home promptly and without any fuss. Throughout the process they were professional, courteous, flexible, and genuinely good people to deal with during what could have been a very stressful situation. Their overall pricing was also very reasonable.

I’m grateful for their help and would happily recommend UTS Removals to anyone moving home.

I am so blown away by UTS!! They recently did our home removals as we were moving house, and I’m so relieved we went with them! Such professionals, excellent customer service, upfront and honest, no hidden fees. Honestly, my friend move at the same time with a different company and had her bed broken and things go missing. I’m so happy we went with UTS, very accommodating and understanding with having young kids. They also built our furniture that they took down, meaning we didn’t have to stress about building stuff and that was included in the price too. Genuinely look no further, this family run business really does have customer experience at its heart, lovely people and fantastic company! They even made a point of reassuring that they wouldn’t leave until we were in, regardless of time. Really recommend them above all others!

Due to losing my removal firm on my completion date due to a late exchange I was incredibly lucky to find UTS could step in due to a cancellation on my required date. The staff were all punctual, polite, friendly and worked incredibly hard as it was a long distance move. The pricing was also very fair. I would highly recommend.

Well what can I say about the amazing service we received from the very first meeting with Stuart I knew we were in safe hands the lads turned up at 8am by 11am they were off to the new house 3 hours drive in the lorry once there it took 2 hours to unload and it’s a three story house so not easy but they work tirelessly we’re so polite and respectful nothing was to much trouble and the cost was amazing compared to some of the rip off companies about so please use these guys you won’t regret it I promise

The whole team were an extreme pleasure to work with, they all really went out of their way to help.

My only slight disappointment was that they offer additional services I wasn't aware of and would have loved to have taken them up on it (end of tenancy cleaning and returning of keys).

Will certainly be using them again if we ever move again!

Stu and his team moved us from Ipswich to Lincoln in a day, we filled 3 20 Ft ISO containers with all the stuff, floor to ceiling, as we had to make some last minute changes, this was not a problem for them and a service that would usually take 2 days!
Care and attention to detail was meticulous and importantly with pace.
Stu is UK veteran, highly dependable and trustworthy. Prices are honest and highly competitive.

Stuart and the team have been excellent from start to finish. He took all the stress out of the move from Eight Ash Green to Colchester Town center and the team did an excellent job. They have been polite and courteous and knew what they were doing. They arrived early in the morning and everyone worked incredibly hard all day and were just brilliant allround. I cannot speak highly enough of UTS removals and recommend them without hesitation.

From the very beginning, Stuart made his company an easy choice for my family's move. He was open and transparent about the price (which was excellent) and logistics involved where other companies I'd spoken to had hidden VAT and labour costs.

On the day, I could not have asked for more from Stuart and his team. They showed up on time and absolutely blitzed through the house, making sure several times that I had everything I wanted. They dismantled two beds and reassembled them on the other side, even making a repair to a pre-existing fault in one of them.

It's clear how much passion Stuart has for his job, his company and his family which is why he holds himself and the guys under him to the highest possible standards. I could not have been more pleased with their work today and if you're looking for a company to help you move, I urge you to look no further.

Stuart and George were absolutely incredible. They helped us right at the last minute when the company we had booked had cancelled and they were so reassuring, kind and helpful. Having been caught up in the increase in stamp duty mayhem UTS Removals came to the rescue providing an exceptional service going above & beyond their commitment. In what was a very stressful time due to exchange & completion chaos Stuart & his team never faulted. I therefore highly recommend this company for its professionalism, support & kindness.

Stuart and the boys were brilliant on the day of our move and even leading up to it. He rang to see what we needed and asked how he could help.

I was dreading moving, as the stress alone was a headache BUT Stuart from the beginning has shown why his company are the best.

The quote was detailed, no hidden charges. They packed our belongings with care and attention which was fantastic.

We bolted on at the last minute the assembling service as I realised the kids beds need to go up. Stuart didn't hesitate to make sure that we were as comfortable as can be before they left.

I literally cannot thank him enough, he and his team were professional and showed empathy even when I had abit of wobbly leaving the family home that held so many precious memories
