Ordered a door for my garage as it was rotting, the door didn't come with a cill so I went through the list of cills they had and they only had 1 cill in white over 900mm so I ordered that aswell. The cill they sent came with a massive lip on the back of it, definitely not a cill for a door but they sold me it and sent it knowing this anyways. I emailed them explaining they sold me a cill not fit for purpose and they turned around and said that the cill I ordered and if it's no good buy a another one from eurocell. Thanks great customer service 👎🏻

WRONG!!!! - FALSE INFORMATION!! They never disclosed the remaining details! and they knew about it!!

There are significant laceration observed at both the upper and lower parts of the door (inside). - A grinder has made and taken massive dents in the frame!

I was not listened to at all. Instead of offering help or a solution, they just kept saying the door was already discounted.

This is absolutely unacceptable.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

I've been buying a lot of stuff recently for a full house renovation, and thought i'd take the time to review every merchant so far.

I don't have a bad word to say about UUWD. I had some enquiries that I made via email, and they responded within a couple hours, both times.

I made an order and everything arrived as it should. The shipping price is fair. A high charge for the first window, and then a small £10 charge for subsequent windows.

The two windows were as described, they have photos etc. I would use them again.

I bought a used door from this company's website. Unfortunately, I only had access to 2 photos. When I received the door, it turned out that it had been cut very unevenly on both sides, and most importantly, the door itself had a distinct twisted shape. I spent a lot of time trying to fix these issues, but after realizing that nothing good could come out of it, I attempted to return the door to the company. They refused, and I had to cut the door up and throw it away. £40 for the door and £32 for delivery—money down the drain. By the way, three days ago, I bought a door with a frame on Facebook. I paid only £50, installed it, and I’m very happy with it. I regret dealing with dishonest people, as they knew they were selling me a product that was unusable. Avoid this company.

The friendly, patient & efficient service given by this company is first class. The products are great and very reasonably priced. Totally recommend. Thanks to Stuart & team.

I ordered my item from them in October and left them in the packaging not thinking anything. The project was a few months away. Check your items from this company when delivered. I had a huge crack in my door!!

Once again first class service and brilliant pricing, commendable helpful staff, a customer lost the end of a finger by being negligent, within minutes it was stitched back on

Bought door from Uuwd several days ago and on inspection after the delivery there was a rubber gasket missing and the rest of that made been bodge using several small pieces. E Mail them and got no reply.
Delivery company did reply and see it has not been lost by them. Not sure how they know that only sent photo of the wrong side of the door.

Fitted a back door at my dad's today .Ron the fitter was 1st class as was Josh who helped with all my queries.top job by a top company would highly recommend

Great selection of reasonably priced used doors and windows. Fast delivery. Really happy with the service. Saved hunting the second hand marketplaces for items.

Excellent service. Product was better than described. Next day delivery by a helpful driver. All in all really pleased!
