No phone line for elderly lady. No way to get hold of UW. Thank God she didn’t need an ambulance or other emergency service.

We were sold a UW package including…
We were sold a UW package including electricity, broadband and mobile on the basis it would provide a better service. The WiFi signal is worse and not reliable in some areas of the house. We were also persuaded to change our electricity metres (night/day) to a new digital metre but as a result are making higher electricity payments. We have raised the WiFi problem with our contact and nothing has changed. We were also sold a promise of fibre when we swapped to UW.
EDIT : finally managed to speak to UW, very helpful guy, suggested ways to deal with problem with WiFi. Now awaiting another hub so will see if signal improves.
