I’ve had a fantastic experience with V Tac, and I’m genuinely impressed. The product I bought was great value and worked beautifully. When I reached out to their support team, they were quick to respond, incredibly helpful and made everything easy. The issue I had was resolved promptly and professionally, and I felt completely looked after throughout. I honestly can’t fault them. I’m happy to recommend both their products and their customer service to anyone.

Bought this product purely on its five year warranty. It is built incredibly cheaply. Was asked if I wanted a receipt? How else are you supposed to claim against a five year warranty without a receipt? Interestingly the receipt was on thermal paper and will be illegible in twelve months time! I've photographed the receipt for posterity.

I was missing a bracket for my light. Annoying but it happens. Gave customer services a call. Spoke to Daniel who could not have been more helpful. Apologised and one is in the post to me today.

It is not that things go wrong as sometimes they do. Good companies just fix them.

The lead is too short to do anything with.

Efficient Customer Service resolved the missing clip issue. Better packaging would have helped.

What a great company they dealt with my issue in a swift and professional manner. I highly recommend this company and would use them in the future again.

I can't fault this company, as this is the second time in dealing with their customer service team with excellent service provided. They honour their 5yr warranty policy even when the equipment is 4yrs 8 months old and sent out a replacement unit.
As far as I am concerned, I will not purchase any other external lighting from an alternative manufacturer - V Tac will be my go to product.

It just worked - the process - very happy as all sorted out so quick. My contact at vtac Daniel was very polite and efficient.

Fast and great response. Replacement LED batten sent on its way, forthwith.

You need to give your email and details to turn a light on and off? What a bunch of clowns

I had a new bathroom supplied and fitted in September 2023. The spot lights that came were part of the package. These have went faulty and the bathroom company were not interested. I reached out to VTac and my query was answered quickly and effectively. The customer service I received from Daniel was brilliant. There was no hesitation in replacing these lights. Clear communication and I cant speak highly enough about them. They obviously value customers unlike the bathroom company.

Superb customer care. I bought a 4ft led T-vac strip light for our kitchen about 2 years ago and it transformed a dark north facing room into a pleasurable space to live in. I recommend you try them. I have two in my loft space. Recently I noticed a flicker occurring from the kitchen strip. I contacted T-vac and after verifying my receipt they delivered a new light the very next day. Excellent customer service and incredibly responsive staff. Daniel was amazing.

One of my LED lighting batons failed after 2 years, well within the 5 ear warranty. After a simple email exchange the replacement is on it's way.

Only 4 star as the first unit failed !

This communication was a request for a replacement light unit under the 5-year manufacturer warranty. An easy phone call followed by an email was all it took to start the process. Unfortunately the first adviser failed to follow through (possibly inexperience) and I had to call them back after 7 days. This time however I spoke to Daniel who was absolutely on the ball with comms from start to finish and in less than 48hrs. I had my replacement. Overall…superb service and great value from VTAC.

I've been dealing with Adam Sander at V-TAC for a number of years and I can't praise him highly enough. He has great product knowledge. Always responds to queries swiftly and gives all the information required. He is also very helpful when we have problems such as returns and faulty items. He always advises when any offers and deals are available so we never miss out.

Secondly, I must speak about the V-TAC products. We are very happy with their reliability especially the new CCT and wattage changing downlight. The quality of this product is second to none. I should also mention their innovation as a brand as they are leaders in brining new products to the market and upgrading existing products to ensure they are using the latest chip technology. Overall fantastic products and range LED lights and fixtures that we can purchase.

Wow! Daniel answered the phone. I explained the problem. He asked me to email photos, which I did. He updated me for the next 3 days, and hey presto, my replacements were delivered. What an amazing service. Second to none.
