The company provides a very cool product but with a product that requires design collaboration, most of the kudos (or criticisms) will come through that process. It's been a breeze thus far. Also, I had entered a shipping location for an office that we are getting ready to move into so I sent an email to get it changed to my home so that I could be assured of getting the cards. I received an immediate response from John who immediately made sure the corrected shipping address was made. Great customer service!! Thanks John!!

John was incredibly helpful as well as friendly and communicative, and patiently walked me through the entire process of juggling multiple people in the same account as I had never previously used V1CE before. I will definitely be reaching back out to John with any more questions

This companies service from start to finish in first class. They answered all my questions quickly and in a manner that was easy to understand. They made realistic promises for delivery and then delivered before date. Their after sales service is as good as their pre sales service. Also, I am so pleased they are thinking of the planet. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

My v1ce card. Great in principle but in practice pretty much useless. Two stars as support was actually pretty good. They really tried to make things work. When my 3rd v1ce card arrived that didn't work consistently I decided to give up. There's loads of good reviews here, so maybe I was just unlucky. Still, money wasted - they wouldn't refund me.

The way Nelli guide us was awesome, she was very professional and patience with me going over the whole process. I would recommend Vice not only for the great product they have but also for the great support. Thanks Nelli.

Wonderful customer service from Anna. Setting up the various options for our cards and needed some assistance navigating the various elements.

Anna was patient assisted and taught me how to do what I wanted to do on the profiles.
