I was attending 3 days event in London on 23rd March. Ben was one of the best coach there.

I have just completed a three day business development training in which Ben was instrumental in raising and maintaining the energy of a diverse and at times quiet group of entrepreneurs. I met Ben at a the Big Business 3 day event where he is one of the Coaches. His strategies, tips and guidance for helping you love selling are phenomenal. When you are passionate about your product or business, I think you talk about it naturally, but there is definitely a knack for closing deals and he taught so much more - looking at money in a better way, qualifying leads, handling objections, building value for your clients beyond the first sale and tailoring the sales system he teaches to your specific business.

There was loads to take in from him, I can not write it all here, so I highly recommend you just work with him yourself and you will see what I mean. You won't be sorry.

For years I shied away from sales and I missed out on so many deals because I didn’t want to be seen as a pushy salesperson. Indeed, when I first attended the sales clinic, I used to talk clients out of a sale!

Today, I am a confident business woman using the sales process to meet her clients' needs and exceed their expectations! I now understand how I can add value for my clients so they are delighted with the sale and I can charge my worth.

Ben has the most fabulous way of explaining the psychology of sales. He breaks the sales process into layers and, from that has helped me develop a step by step approach that is easy to follow.

I have so many ah ha moments on Ben’s calls,
I have honed my sales message with his help- I don’t know how I ever sold to clients as it now looks so different to what it was originally! I ask questions at most sales clinics and Ben’s advice has been spot on!

And, on a personal level, Ben has such a kind heart and is genuinely interested in people. He is intuitive and picks up on the smallest details that turn out to have huge significance. He remembers the smallest details of my business, often enquiring about the outcome of a specific scenario many weeks after we discussed it.

Ben is authentic and his integrity shines through. He is competent, confident and I trust him implicitly.

Firstly I would like to thank Ben for all his support & helping me majorly transform my business.
When I first met Ben I had no experience in business or sales and no idea how I was going to build a business without any clients. I was feeling stressed and completely overwhelmed. I wasn’t confident in the service I wanted to offer within my business had no previous experience within the wedding industry and I felt really stuck. Ben has taken me through a step by step sales process and taught me that I have nothing to be afraid of when it comes to selling. By breaking down each step I have been about to truly understand the process and identify key areas of my business that i can implement strategies and processes to help me dominate my industry even as a newbie, well as understanding I am serving not selling and switching my mindset. Ben has enabled me to hone in on the value I offer my clients which has set me apart from my competitors, I have been able to identify common objections and create solutions for them resulting in being able to handle any objection I am faced with. By identifying the extra value I offer has also allowed me to increase my prices and ultimately changed my mindset. As well as hugely increasing my confidence.
Nine months into my business journey I now have a 80% conversion rate by simply introducing a sales script that I have taught my team members meaning more sales conversations are taking place. By implementing all that Ben has taught me it has allowed me to grow a six figure business within six months and become an award winning business. Throughout my journey Ben has been extremely supportive, always encourages and pushes me to the next level which has now as a result lead to me selling to one to many instead of single conversations and from stage which is going to transform my business and help scale!
Having worked closely with Ben over the last nine months I understand how passionate, caring and dedicated he is in sharing his knowledge in sales and business and helping others improve and grow their businesses. Ben has always offered me guidance helping me with problems I have found challenging and always with a smile on his face!
