Efficient, professional and successful

We had faced 2 huge delays over a short weekend with Ryanair from Brussels to Lisbon in mid-December 2022 (10 hours one way, 5 hours on the return flight). This had literally ruined our short holidays.
Despite our repeated attempts to get a compensation from the airline, we never even got a reply from their customers service …
A well inspired friend introduced us to Vacanza Rovinata.
Professional attitude, quick response. We sent all the details of our disastrous experience. Just an exchange of precise elements. Two months after we received the maximum compensation from the airline (400 € for each trip = 800 € for eac traveller) as it is legally binding (but never implemented except if you go through a legal counsel !) …
Cherry on the cake : the legal fees were at the charge of Ryanair. So our indemnity was net net.
Excellent experience. I recommend at 100%
