Worst travel experience of my family's life

Worst travel experience of my life.
Paid thousands to be abandone, lied to and then ignored when i asked for an explonstion in Las Vegas. The whole group that was scheduled for the same presentation suffered the same nightmare. We were all given reservations with confirmation emails but the resort we were scheduled with, said or reservations were cancelled by VO. We were left homeless in vegas becsuse every single room was dold out for spring break. After researching online we found thousands of other people that have also been tricked by VO. I've called and emailed VO daily hoping they will make it right, but Noone st VO has offered a single response or resolution. Not sure what I can do to resolve this but really need someone to reach out to me to help me resolve this or give me options for recourse.

I was about to ask for a supervisor

I was about to ask for a supervisor, because of all the past experiences with VO, But Ruben found I purchased your package twice and had an old e-mail that I never check. Once we determined that, getting me gifted for the cruise on Royal Caribbean, was easy. Taking the time to do the research to find the problem took 5 minutes, but Ruben saved a loyal repeat customer. I am now retired and can travel and plan to monthly. Ruben Saved me as a customer.

I talked to Fel and he was very helpful…

I talked to Fel and he was very helpful in being able to resolve the contract problem that we had. We were given information in writing that we were to get three years of free renewal on our account and several other people had denied this request and said we still have to pay the renewal. I was very grateful that he worked with management and has been able to resolve that issue. He was very courteous and helpful.

Online Chat Booking was great.

Alex was very accommodating to my needs and worked with me to get a hotel location within my budget. Alex was very helpful, friendly, concise and professional. The only thing that caught me by surprise, were the additional costs associated that were above what I had already paid with my hotel package for this particular booking. Looking forward to my trip and the ones to follow.

They are terrible

They are terrible, They cancelled my hotel last minute and i paid out of pocket, they never paid me back. They gave me expiring incentives and wouldnt call me back to resolve any issues. reached out from november to jan calling or emailing 3-4 times a week up to 8 times a day and no one ever answered my responded to my replies even though they claim 24/7 customer service. now they are pressing me for court charges for cancelling my account and getting back my money even though i used none of their services.

She worked very hard to find us the perfect place that we were looking for.
She was courteous and patient. My bank denied payment, due to the fact I do not purchase vacations.
She had me call the bank to get it cleared up, which of course they would have no reason not to.
She needs a raise in pay. She is as keeper. MY NAME IS JANIS JORDAN

Experienced

Good afternoon, with many restrictions that had me wishing I didn't make the purchase. I overall love how Ruben defused and stayed polite. Customer is neccessary especially when delt with what you don't want to hear.

We enjoyed our experience with VO…

We enjoyed our experience with VO Travel. However, the room at the Virgin Hotel was not as it seemed. The booklight on the left side of the bed was broken. No refrigerator or microwave included in the room. The lights in the bathroom flickered throughout our stay even after maintenance came to "fix" it.
