Still waiting …Going on 2 years since they called me to sell my weeks- I just had to pay the "advertising" fee but guaranteed me there will be no issues and turnaround at the most is 3 months. I've called them numerous times to follow up and they always give me the runaround and have even lied to say they had offers and called me but I didn't answer and couldn't give me date and time they called. I called them out on the lie and reiterated in their contract that any offers would be emailed anyways so then where was the email? They said any future offers will be emailed. When I asked about the guarantee they said they will continue to advertise at no extra cost to me! When I checked their so called advertisement it was awful bootleg pictures that I asked them to replace for weeks even providing them with my own. Extremely disappointed and will advise anyone against using this company for anything. Completely untrustworthy!!!!!

Great customer service. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. They were able to get 3 out of the 5 weeks rented last year.
