Ordered an item on the 1/06/2020, response on the 06/06/2020 to confirm the order, then nothing until today 30/08/2020 to say a technical error had occurred on their site and that my payment had expired prior to authorisation. Given a link on the e-mail to re-order where the price had increased. Thankfully after checking no payment had been taken for the original order. Have ordered the part elsewhere for £10 less, what a dreadful company. One star is not deserved.

Was very worried about my order after reading awful reviews. My order arrived within 3 working days and I’m really happy. (Genuine Dyson part Priced at £64.99)

Ordered a vacuum hose on 1 July and apart from immediate confirmation of order have heard nothing from them, and not received the item. Emailed on 20 July asking for item to be sent immediately or a refund and had no response. Telephoned on 28 July and got answerphone.
Can only assume this is a scam.
UPDATE
Finally responded and got a refund but if they can't supply goods they should inform you. Won't deal with them again.

As per other reviewers,I wanted to leave a zero star review.
Luckily PayPal had cancelled the payment following 7 weeks of waiting for my order.
Some sort of scam...probably trying to get your bank details....BEWARE.

I would give it zero stars if I could, I regret not checking trust pilot first, placed an order payment taken no goods after a month of waiting even though they say 5-7 day delivery I think it’s a bogus company! only way to contact is via email and no response back!!! Very upset!!!

Ordered in May and still waiting in July for my part to arrive. No communication other than that they are too busy to reply to customers.

I placed an order of £125 value with them on 22 May. The item was not in stock but having spoken with them agreed to wait as it 'would be in stock by the end of June' They are now not responding to my emails but I find on Paypal my order has been cancelled. The item is now in stock and available on their website with a hefty price increase. Disgusting price gouging graspers.

Absolutely shocking level of service, payment taken in full but no goods delivered, it’s impossible to contact anyone at Vacuum Genie, avoid this company at all costs

Unable to fulfill order
Placed order 2 months a go. Item in stock at time and saying would be delivered within a week or so.ater contacted to say out of stock but they gave a restock date around a month a way. A week after that date had heard nothing and I had to contact them and they apologised. Only good point is they at least respond to emails within 1 to 2 days but otherwise not at all impressed. Certainly would avoid.

I ordered a part almost two months ago but still hasn't arrived. Phone numbers are not connecting and no response on email.

Do not trust.

Place an order 2 months ago for an item in stock. Supposed to be delivered in few days. Never received. Called many times and always being told that the item was leaving the day I made the call. Obviously it wasn't true. They never replied to my emails and now even the calls. There is an automatic message that says "nobody is available to take your call. Thank you and good bye". They even take your number for calling you back. It is a FRAUD, don't place any order.

I made an order and they withdrawal the money immediately and suprirze, no tracking number and no response to any of my emails and it’s been almost one whole month. Save your money I ended up buying from Amazon and it reached me within one week. I don’t know if I every will see my money from these scammers!! Never dealing with them again and will share this story with everyone if they don’t justify this!

THIEVES. Happy to take your money with seemingly zero intention of fulfilling any orders.

Bought vacuum off them taken money but no item try to call them you just get put through to answer phone leave message but no one calls you back do not buy from them they will take your money and not send you goods
