Came across vacuum spares on Google and liked the history relating to its focus on quality dyson battery replacements using quality components.
The price was fair and I wanted something more substantial than poorer quality Chinese products on eBay or Amazon .I appreciate most things are made in China but I was looking for seller that had a good history and reputation.So took the plunge,paid for the item and both turnaround and service were excellent.I understand a little of the components which has reassured me regarding the quality and the back up service has provided a reassurance.
So far so good - the item works as we would expect a dyson to work.Early days but I feel confident and hope we get a good life from this product.
Glad to support a uk business with a history and specialisation in this sector and in that basis I can only say that I would use again based on the current service experience.

Good quality battery
The battery is good quality and does the job of powering our Dyson v6 vacuum cleaner. Would of given 5 stars but the delivery was 3 days later than promised.

The battery was actually supplied by the Battery Shop Sussex which, I am guessing, is a parent company to Vacuum Spares UK., as they share the same registered business address
Although not a genuine Dyson battery, it is claimed to be constructed using Samsung lithium cells and should (fingers crossed) be better, more reliable and longer lasting, than some of the really cheap (and in some cases, nasty) ones on offer on the Internet. The battery is CE tested and approved and comes with a one year's warranty
The battery was easy to change, is a perfect fit, charged quickly and in use has plenty of power. This is only a first test but everything is working as it should
