Provided with v7 long life battery. It lasted half the time of my original dyson battery. I attempted to contact the company many times and there has been no response. The warranty was not honored. Do not deal with this company.

Do not use this company their battery failed within three months , their website says 1 year guarantee but they will not reply to any emails so impossible to resolve the issue. If you look on companies house the company has been dissolved so impossible to find their real trading address to take the batter further

Ordered a battery for a Dyson v8. Had to ring before I purchased just to make sure i was ordering correct one for my model. The chap on the phone seemed friendly enough and helpful. Around 9 weeks of use now and so far so good. Powerful enough with good run time on it.

Very poor quality battery that didn't even last as long as cheap ones you can buy from other sites for a lot less. Our 'extended' dyson battery lasted less than 2 months. We tried contacting Vacuum Spares but no reply or customer services support at all.

Had a 6 year old Dyson V8 animal and the battery was only lasting a few minutes. Got a Vaccum Spares own brand replacement and now my wife is really annoyed with me. Damm thing goes on for ever, so now she has to do the whole house without a break.

After an initial issue with the courier and emails they responded very quickly with sending out a second item. They rang me Saturday and new item arrived Tuesday. Great recovery guys !

Ordered a replacement battery for my Dyson, accidentally ordering two. I notified them and they immediately cancelled the second order and refunded me in minutes. One battery arrived a couple of days later, working well. Excellent, responsive service.

I bought a new battery for my Dyson V8, as it was pulsing and going off just after being charged. The website was very easy to use and I ordered and paid with no problem. Hubby came along later in the day and took the hoover apart to find dust stuck deep in the sweeper bit, which I had missed. 🙄 Once all cleaned, the vacuum worked a treat. So I needed to cancel the order. I went on the website and filled out a contact form. The next day I had an email cancelling the order and advising me that my money had been refunded. A day later the money was back in my bank. I call that pretty good service and I would definitely use again.

Reasonably priced. The product I ordered was well packed and was delivered in three days from when I placed the order.
