I purchased a battery for my Dyson hoover and obviously fitted it incorrectly. I contacted the Technical department for help and over 5 days the gentleman there was so very helpful, taking great time and care in explaining where it was wrong. I must say it was one of the best after sale experiences I have ever had, patient and understanding. I would thoroughly recommend, first class and five stars.
