Slow delivery
I just felt that the delivery time was a bit on the long side when paying more or less a fiver.
Also didn't include new screws, old screws fixing my last replacement battery were becoming a bit chewed.

Hi Gordon we did deliver it exactly on the date we promissed at the check out ? the 11th of may . it may of been delivered sooner than that but deliveries that far up the country to remote villages in scotland are slower than others but glad we got it there on time . the metal screws that dyson provide with the original battery will last the life time of the vacuum cleaner as long as you use the correct size screwdriver which is a P1 pozidriv .

Good company to deal with, but product was a let-down.
My experience with this company was fine. The product (non-genuine Dyson V8 battery: stated 6Ah capacity) was not impressive and certainly its charge life didn't match my current 3 year old lower capacity one. That said, Vacuum Spares processed a timely refund without a fuss so my review reflects that.
