We understand your point regarding the larger box size. We deliberately choose this type of packaging because we prefer that the products arrive safely and undamaged, rather than risking damage with more compact packaging and potentially needing to resend the order.
Avoiding damaged deliveries and additional shipments is ultimately better for the environment as well, since it prevents extra transport and packaging materials.
We truly appreciate your understanding and your feedback — it helps us continuously evaluate our processes.

A Competitive choice of ranges of items with very good quality
The offer of tools I was looking for was satisfying in terms of the choice of items with fair prices and the delivery went very fast. I bought paper punches and was looking for both various shapes cutting and strong ones to cut thick paper. plus I found what I di not find anywhere else, a kit to maintain the cutting factor of those punches. So very good quality overall and fair competitive prices.

Bad experience with UPS
Products are ok... But delivery company (UPS) it´s a mess. They never contacted me, pleading my address was incomplete (lie). I contacted call center to solve it, so the ensured me they phone me in 24-48h. Lies again. I found in my mail box that had 2 days to pick up my package or it will be returned to you. Very displeased with this issue.

7 days to Ireland...Ordered on Friday…
7 days to Ireland...Ordered on Friday 9th Jan ...received Friday 16th 2026 in Ireland so 7 days.Good selection of folk art multisurface paints & stencils. Downside was tax and shipping came to €17.82 on a €34.73 purchase. Delivery was due Thursday 16th rescheduled to Friday 15/1/26.
Well packaged..Overall would be happy to purchase again.
