Great quality & delivery
I ordered paper to DIY our wedding invitations. The quality is great and everything arrived within less than a week (in Germany). The pictures on the website are pretty accurate, the colors are exactly how I expected, everything turned out perfect :)

Wouldn’t let me cancel order on the same day 30/12/25 as I placed it but didn’t dispatch it until the 5/1/26 and said I hard to return it to the Netherlands, I didn’t accept delivery and it was returned to them and now trying to get a refund and it’s like trying to get blood out of a stone

Your cancellation request was received after the order had already entered processing and could no longer be stopped. When the parcel was not collected and automatically returned to us, we arranged a full refund — including the shipping costs — without waiting for the physical return.

Bedankt voor je feedback. Jammer om te horen dat je onze service rondom de retourprocedure als omslachtig hebt ervaren.
Zoals ook in onze eerdere e-mail aangegeven, vroegen we je om even te laten weten wat er precies aan de hand was, zodat we konden uitsluiten dat het artikel defect was. In dat geval hadden we direct kunnen handelen en eventueel een vervanging kunnen sturen, zonder dat je het artikel hoefde te retourneren.
Je gaf aan dit niet te willen doen, en daarom hebben we inmiddels een retourlabel gestuurd, zodat je het artikel kosteloos kunt terugsturen.
We hopen dat het zo netjes is opgelost en waarderen dat je de moeite hebt genomen om je ervaring te delen — dit helpt ons om onze service verder te verbeteren.
