The website was easy to navigate, my order was delivered quickly and the keyfob and country discs were both of good quality. I bought these for my Son as a memory for the future of his travels. From a tech novice I found the whole experience easy.

Save your money and go to another company that values their customers. The customer service is non-existent. I have sent several emails about a problem with my order and not one replied to. The product isn't even that of exceptional quality. Its cheap. This company is a scam at best.

We LOVE our Vagabond Life keyring and engraved rings. We travel internationally as a family at least once a year and adding a ring to the keyring is so exciting! It's a real, tangible collection of memories and they are stylish and so well made too! We HIGHLY recommend Vagabond Life to fellow travellers.

For his birthday, I ordered my boyfriend a Vagabond Life keychain with a country ring for Scotland as a way to present him with a surprise trip! The keychain is beautifully made and such a fun way to collect rings as we travel. There was a little trouble with my postal delivery and customer service was so very helpful in making sure I received the package on time for his birthday. I couldn't be happier with the product and with the customer service.

i ordered from this company and when i tried to return the products i never got any answers. the company has said they never recieved any of my emails even though i used their company contact form. after leaving a review here i finally got a reply. i was told if i removed my reviews they would honour my returns as it was well past the time to return anything. i feel extremely vulnerable in the fact that i have to first of all leave a bad review and secondly that they only answer emails if u leave bad reviews.

I love this keyring.! I bought 4,. One for each of my kids and one for myself. Unfortunately I only got 2 of them. So I contacted the company, and it was really a pleasure dealing with them. (The package was opened at costumes and not all made it back to its original packaging) so I sent pictures of what I had received and they immediately replaced what was missing. The kids (young adults) love it and are already competing to get more countries under their belt!

Bought as a gift for my sister. It looks smart and tasteful and holds memories of places she has been. The colour was perfect (lilac), the discs are probably a bit smaller than I expected but it still looks good

I bought some travel rings from this website to supplement some of already bought from a different website previously however in comparison these rings are absolutely tiny! The writing is also very hard to read as a result so a poor product overall.

To compound this issue, when I tried to return, not only does the customer have to ship the items back themself with no prepaid label and it is international shipping which is expensive, the company decided to apply a 10% restocking fee! I queried why this was necessary and they stated it was because the travel rings are custom printed for each order which I find very hard to believe given they would surely have a number of rings ready to go for each country. If not then it’s a very bad and inefficient business strategy!

Restocking fees are illegal in the UK because they are completely unfair but this company seems to get around this because they are based abroad even though they sell in the UK.

All in all I’m down £15 with nothing to show for it due to this company’s products which are unfit for purpose and their ludicrous returns policy. Best to avoid and buy elsewhere to avoid being out of pocket.

Now passports are no longer stamped, these are a great way to keep track of your travels.
My discs had been carefully added to my keyring already by Vagabond when I unpacked, a really nice touch, thank you. 😊

The keychain was a gift for someone who in the past few years started traveling abroad. She has made these trips with her grandchildren and children. Being able to capture these moments for her has been wonderful. It’s a unique gift and it was greatly appreciated.
