I had a great experience!! Somehow my forst package never arrived even though it said on the tracking code it had been delivered. I spoke to Laura and asked her what we could do and she said I will resend you the pack which I really didn’t expect but made me so so happy! :)

It really surprised my family to see how many places I have been! It actually surprised me when I started to order my discs. I didn't realize I had been to sooo many places.

Vagabond Life has restored my confidence in customer service. This is because I now believe that you can get the product you pay for in a timely fashion with the help of another. I ordered these travel “charms” which go on my keychain. It’s such a different product and I routinely bring them to group meetings as a talking point for members. You’d be surprised, everyone has been somewhere. It’s very good for the communicatively handicapped.
Anyway, I noticed that some time had gone by since I had ordered and then I realized that the company was headquartered in France. Which was no problem. I just had waited too long to collect my new set of charms. So I emailed customer service support. And I was pleasantly surprised to start corresponding with someone who didn’t want an immediate refund or fix. Because I wasn’t looking for money, I was after my charms. This company helped me navigate through UsPS’s fractured postal systems. I think they hadn’t provided a tracking number, proper address, etc. There are no less than three offices near me, not to mention, people incapable of manning the stand. My customer service representative got the package delivered and away from the offices and the inability of the USPS. She got it into my mailbox so that I could pick it up after hours, which is the only time that I can pick up my mail until the weekend. This was a huge convenience for me. If I could afford more, I would buy more from this company, which does right by its patrons and works hard for the customer. I really appreciate you, Laura & Co. Thank you for helping see my charms situation all the way through. I am definitely a happy customer and will be repeating my business.

I made a very large order to give as gifts to three people. The package was shipped quickly, however, there were several issues:
1. Be aware that the shipping from France will now involve customs fees, which for me were £45, over 20% of the initial cost of the items.
2. While I ordered a large number of tokens and three keychains, I in *no way* indicated I wanted the tokens on any of the keychains. Instead of packaging the tokens in one bag and the keychains separately so they could be matched by me as appropriate, the company took it upon itself to randomly divide up the tokens and put them on the keychains in a haphazard manner. Now I will be spending a couple hours taking all the tokens off the three keychains, sorting them, and repackaging them. I have small motor and nerve damage disabilities, so this is not going to be easy or time efficient. I have no idea why this company thought it would be wise to put the tokens on the keychains, especially as three were ordered with a wide variety of tokens.

Products are as described on the website. Quality seems reasonable. However, the entire experience, on the balance, has been expensive and frustrating.

I placed an order in May and received my item in August.
After contacting vagabond and the post office to ask where it was I discovered that it was lost at the sorting office.
This was my first time ordering from a company. I have seen through Instagram and I was worried. Fortunately Laura responded and sent another one. she was in constant communication with me until the item arrived, which was great. This was a gift for my stepdad who will be travelling, he’s a keen collector and this key ring is ideal as it’s compact.

I purchased the key ring with 10 rings for a friend who loves to travel. Was very disappointed with the product. It’s very difficult to read the engravings. They do not appear as they appear on the website, you’d need a magnifying glass to make out which country it is

I ordered a bracelet and a number of travel rings. They took a little while to arrive but not a huge deal. Upon receiving them, a couple didn’t fit onto the chain but the others did. I contacted customer services to explain and sent photos. I was told that all of the measurements are uniform and was then asked to send a video of me putting on the rings. I felt very questioned and not believed.

For context, my order was almost £100 worth and I asked to buy more rings to be sent with the two replacements. Despite this, I was made to feel like I was being insincere or out to get something for free. I will be going back to my original travel ring provider now where customer service has always been fantastic and it’s worth the extra customs fees.

I didn‘t receive the product. I didn‘t get the money back. Poor customer service.
After 3 month it finally arrived.
It was apparently shipped to Ivory Coast. Still not satisfactory.

I have ordered two keychains from Vagabond to Canada, unfortunately canada post lost my order. Vagabond life was so nice that they have sent me the full order again for free. I am so happy and grateful and the keychains are just incredible for presents. Would order again anytime. 11/10

I had an issue where my order didn't get delivered, after some contact with customer service they offered to refund or replace my order.

Great service and product, will definitely be ordering more as add more countries to my travel.

I received my key chain just today.I love it.All my discs are on it,and it looks great.I'm very lucky that I get to travel to many different countries,for every country I visit in the future,I will order my disc,as soon as I'm home.This is a great gift idea,or just like me,a treat for yourself

I own an apologie to Vagabond Life, my item arrive was delayed but probably because the post office over load. They have been extremely helpful during the process and my item have already arrived.

I owe Vagabond Life an apology for my negative, now deleted review, of an unreadable address as stated by PostNord. After talking to several in PostNord this morning, to prevent the package to be send back, it has arrived. The error is with PostNord. There is nothing wrong with the adress.
The keychain is amazing. 5 stars.

My new favourite keychain! I absolutely love the idea, and couldn't help but buy two straight away: one for myself and one as a gift. I had an extra question and a request, and the customer survice was great: friendly, helpful and quick to reply. The shipping was a lot quicker than I expected. The products arrived as advertised: rings in a pouch and the key chains in a gift box. The products are really beautiful, great quality; I'm so happy with them and gift was received really well. I guess the only downside is that we'll be spending a lot more money here in the future, I'm afraid!

I must admit that I was a little worried to get scammed - the stuff's not cheap and you never know these days - or have to wait forever for my order due to vague covid-associated reasons, but the whole shopping experience was just great. My second purchase arrived just as quickly and satisfactory as the first! (As I said, it's already becoming an expensive hobby ;-) )

Placed order on line, money taken out of my account straight away, it has been almost 2 weeks now and shipment is still showing as in the sorting centre in France (even though order e-mail said 1-3 days) and several e-mails are yet to be responded to! Avoid as not possible to get in touch with anyone to either request refund or to find out when my order is actually coming!!! Very unprofessional!

Not as advertised bought a key chain as the previously bought necklaces with country rings what a pain. Everytime removed for a shower swimming etc they all fall off. Hence key chain bought. Not in a gift box as advertised just a little linen bag pretty and would be fine but it's a gift and I expected a gift box as shown in pictures. It looks nothing in tissue paper regardless of £ spent and let's face it, it's a key chain it's nothing for the money as it is.... Only becomes something when additional country rings bought. Give your gift box's, if advertising the products in them.... Disappointed

If the item doesn't arrive in pristine condition via the post, it's the customer's fault. Needs to be returned at customer cost back to France (fair enough), they then apply a 10% restocking fee (unbelievable) pointing you back to their policy on the website.

Anyway great website and ads on social media but it's a hugely over-priced product. It's nothing more than a half-decent key ring and cheap-feel metal rings. Has nothing premium or special about the actual product itself which is a real shame. Nowhere near the price being charged. It's so under-whelming on arrival.

I'm sure lockdown as seen a lot more customers trying them out, personally I wish I didn't bother and it will be the last time I make an impulse purchase off Instagram/social media.

I purchased some country rings and was really satisfied. Processing time for orders is a little slow but I think it was because of the holidays (they took no more than 6-7 days like they advertised on the website so it’s ok). You can pay with credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay and maybe Google Pay (not sure). Shipping time was a little slow (about 7 working days). They shipped from France with France Post (destination Italy) and then it was handed to Poste Italiane. Good service: i chose to the text messages updates and texts arrived with the shipping info etc. It’s a really original gift and my gf enjoyed it so much. If you spend €45 (? Not sure but it’s written on their website) the shipping is free. You also get a 20% discount on your first order. Really recommended!
