Although I had to contact customer services because my shoes were already coming away from the sole after 2 months, Sofie was excellent. Calm, kind and responsive. I was offered a full refund and tips for recycling too. I’m hoping this faulty issue is just a one time thing, because the service received is so strong, which would encourage me to shop again. Bought a pair of flats in the sale for £95 originally around £150 and they are already falling apart. I’ve only had them for a month and the tip of the shoe is coming away from the sole, the leather has eroded so now there is a hole on the inside of the shoe. There is also a loose thread on the side of one of the shoe straps. Very disappointed since I thought vagabond was supposed to be good quality!

Ordered a pair of sandals and they were delivered to the wrong address. It was clearly shown on the proof of delivery that the house number was incorrect. Vagabond asked me to file a police report and sign and date a sworn statement. All these for $105 dollars.
Never ever buying anything from this company again.

I've been a huge fan of Vagabond for years and wear almost exclusively Vagabond shoes. Unfortunately, a pair of my Hennie sandals developed the same crack on the heel of both shoes. After a local cobbler confirmed that they couldn't be repaired, I contacted Vagabond's customer service.

I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally my case was handled. They asked me to return the sandals and refunded the full purchase price without any hassle, even though the shoes had been bought quite some time ago.

This level of customer service is rare these days. Standing behind your products and treating customers so fairly has made me an even more loyal customer. Thank you, Vagabond, for such an outstanding experience!

I had an issue with returning the product (because of FedEx absolutely inconvenient service). The customer support assist me with everything and book pick up of my product for me. It’s a really good example how customer support should work.

Firstly I think the shoes just look really nice, they take a few wears to break in but are proper shoes. I have the Paul 2.0 in leather. One of the shoes annoying the seal was a little faulty compared to the other shoe. I contacted customer support who responded instantly and said they would exchange them immediately. I’ve had the shoes for nearly 3 months so was worried they would say wear and tear, but it’s nice that they were more than happy to help.

Always have best customer service and quality goods never have to worry about sizeing as free returns 😀 👍 but I still hum and hare do,t like to reture unnecessarily

I've bought quite a few pairs of Vagabond shoes over the years, and I honestly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The quality is always excellent, they're comfortable, stylish, and they last.

What really makes them stand out, though, is their customer service. Every time I've contact them, they've been kind, helpful, and quick to sort things out. You really get the feeling that they care about their customers. Which, sadly, these days isn't as common as it should be, as great customer service often feels like trying to spot a unicorn!
But I can highly recommended Vagabond!
