Vagabond was founded in the late 60’s and originally only produced men’s shoes. So much has happened since. In the 80’s Vagabond’s young entrepreneurs-to-be fell in love with the brand and were entrusted with its transformation. In the beginning the design office was located in Portugal and in Italy, close to the world’s best knowledge of shoemaking. In 1993 Vagabond moves back to Varberg, Sweden, to set up a full workshop for prototypes, most likely one of its kind in Northern Europe.

I really love this brand and own several pairs. One of my recent pairs developed a fault quite quickly, but the customer service team was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Their customer support is truly 10/10.

I had an amazing experience with Celine from Customer Service! I was trying to return my order, but the courier claimed they couldn't see the registered return and refused to take my package. On top of that, the courier said the return label was wrong. I was starting to feel really frustrated, but Celine took care of everything. She contacted the courier company directly and sorted out the return perfectly. She was incredibly helpful and calm, which was a huge plus for me. Thank you, Celine!

I ordered a pair of shoes weeks ago now, FedEx keep sending me a failed to deliver message despite no delivery attempts, I tried contacting both FedEx and the company both are saying they’re unable to help, I do not recommend risking losing your money, unreliable company forcing the consumer to deal with their weak choice of delivery drivers
