This merger is an awesome Business Program, so many different system apps with such ease and user friendliness with Tutorials. The best advantage is you can chat or TALK to a LIVE PERSON!
The switch over to Vagaro was so much easier than I even imagined, honestly, they're support and tech team do all the hard for us non-computer savvy folk.

Paul M called me regarding this review, I called back immediately and hung up after 5 mins since he didn't leave an extension. I emailed him and asked how to get a hold of him since he didn't leave an extension, he never replied. PERFECT EXAMPLE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE
We were previously using Schedulicity who got bought out by Vagaro. Nobody from onboarding, or anywhere online did it say anything about the payment processor not transferring over. Therefore we have lost over $400 in "no show" fees. When I told "Ian K" this via chat on Vagaro, he couldn't have cared less, not even an apology. Tried to blame me for not reading onboarding info, but then contradicted himself when he sent it, and it said payment info doesn't transfer over.
Their customer service is awful and the software is SO slow. I will be switching companies this week.

worst system I ever used. This software can even get date range correct. do not get me started on customer service, shom are nice but are unable to help you since the software is not working. 10 hours with technical support on hold and zero progress. STAY AWAY

I was a loyal and happy Schedulicity user for nearly 15 years and always appreciated their exceptional customer service and user-friendly interface. When I learned that Vagaro was acquiring Schedulicity, I had immediate concerns—not only because of the functional differences between the two platforms, but also because Vagaro’s model seems more focused on capturing traffic through their own marketplace rather than supporting seamless booking directly on a business’s own website.
Despite my disappointment, I gave the transition a chance. My account was automatically migrated to Vagaro in March 2025, but by May, I had decided to discontinue the service. I had already found another platform that better fit my needs for scheduling and point-of-sale, and I began moving my clients over in January.
Unfortunately, cancelling my Vagaro account was needlessly difficult. You cannot cancel online—you must call. After completing the cancellation by phone, I was still charged another month. When I contacted support via chat, I was again told I had to call. I remained on the phone this time until I received written confirmation of cancellation and am now waiting for a refund.
While I understand transitions are never easy, forcing clients to work to leave a service—especially after an unexpected platform change—leaves a bad impression. I truly feel for the support agents who have to enforce these policies. I'm confident I made the right decision in moving on.
