PNR not getting listed in airline website
team, I have created a booking today. booking ID is 3462979203827. I got a PNR number . I wanted to check the web-check in options. The PNR was not getting listed in website. Upon checking with call center, they confirmed that such a booking is not there in the system. They checked for the names i mentioned and could not retrieve any booking in our names. Please get me the actual PNR number.

This is an official complaint. Per my confirmed order, I had to pay 1,200, 000.00 Indonesian Rupiah (refer to the second attachment) on top of the amount that I made in May 2024. I am not entitled to the 20kg luggage even though it is stated I am entitled in the e-ticket issued by you. I am taking this situation very seriously as it has caused me anxiety and panic attacks.
I attached the document issued to me that I received via email on May 2 2024 (refer to the first attachment).
I referred to the person behind the counter (Batik Air) and according to her, it is not in their system.
This is very inconvenient.

Unprofessional dealing with passenger’s profile and caused extra charge to customer
Seem its coop ticketing agent didn’t input my name correctly that made me unable to add checked bag onlineas I did the other reservations of the same carrier around the same time that’s the only one I encountered the issue, so I wrote several emails to ask them for correction but they insisted my personal info is well done in airlines system. And they can help us do the checked bag online with more expensive charge than airlines’.
But the truth is that when I did my check-in today at the same airline’s counter the assistant cannot find the booking by my name except for searching the PNR. The booking platform is not trustworthy. And it seems I had to pay more for checked bag at airport instead of doing I myself online.

PNR not received but booking is LEGIT
I had booked an Air India return ticket for the BOM-GOI sector. Didn't get a PNR number despite reminding them by sending repeated mails. Their only reply was 'wait patiently'.
Finally i called Air India and the airline helped me retrieve the booking with my last name and flight number and date.
So these are guys are LEGIT but for some reason don't send you a PNR number for 48 hours.
Also they have super CHEAP DEALS.
