Vaka Trip please help.
Update: Had a worst experience booking with Vaka. My tickets were changed without my consent and then they made me wait another one week to check with some shady ticket supplier that they used to book my tickets if my original tickets could be reinstated.
I kept following up everyday but they didn’t give any deadline. I myself got on a call with airline and resolved issue in just a phone call.
No update as of now. They are just delaying it and their ticketing partner is not also replying to them.
My wife has her tickets booked from Indore to Singapore through VakaTrip. The Airline is Vistara.
They have rescheduled her flight without giving her any intimation. Please reinstate her in the same flight or cancel her ticket and issue the refund.
Her layover has increased from 2 hours to 14 hours and she has a very important event to attand. No contact number to call. Please please someone help. Order number: 3463880017138
Usually in scenario like this agencies give an option to reconsider and cancel.

My flight on Malaysia Airlines from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur is tomorrow evening. Upon trying to check in today, I found out that my bookings and my son’s are made with incorrect info (correct name but with Mainland China citizenship, therefore with all incorrect passport details - which can’t be changed anymore).
