Max Wilson went above and beyond to help us find a reasonable flight after Alaska canceled ours. He was sincerely caring about our experience and followed through to make sure we caught our flight. Very impressive.

The phone agent was fine, took all the appropriate information, was polite, informative and that is were the service ended. As there was not a wheelchair there for me, nor many other people at alaska airlines .

Elena was pleasant,competent and professional. I have to add, she has a very good sence of humor. Elena was attentive to all our needs and made sure we got the best deal available. I highly recommend your company based on the excellent customer service received from Elena.

Grace was very helpful in helping me and my husband make sure our dogs were able to fly. She was patient and knowledgeable. I am so grateful. Thank you Grace!
